Caroline seems like SUCH a go-getter. Someone who knows what she wants....and GOES for it. I wish I was more like that. I really respect how dedicated she is to making her dreams a reality. There's something very worldly and strong about her.
Think the trick is to be a dreamer, but also be a realist. But then try really hard not to mix the two. So daydream and be super open about what we really really want. Then just be very intentional and specific about telling the world what you want and going in that direction. I'm working on this too btw but this is what I'm learning.

A few months ago I was wondering what happened to them and I realized Caroline was the person in that project!! It was so crazy to learn two of my fave artists were one in the same. Very sad I never got to see Chairlift back in the day but so excited to see her tour in a few weeks.

Fly To You is a beautiful piece of music indeed, my fave on the album! I've been following her since her Chairlift days and it always makes me happy to see her evolving her art and doing so well. I think Amanaemonesia is the best song of the entire 2010s.

I love that she totally embraces being female and isn't covered with tattoos. She just expresses such a wild, sensual and sexual musicality. Very exciting to see such an original being. And thankful that she wasn't born in Afghanistan or someplace where she would never be allowed to show herself, or have to keep a lid on her abilities. Her voice is so crazy, the vast vocal range that she has. Her speaking voice being so low, and she can go so crazy high!! Wow, what a lovely and creative human being!
