How to update firmware of AT10II?

Many users save different models in AT10II. They wonder if the model memory will be cleared when updating the firmware. Don’t worry. Firmware update will only update the functions. The model memory will NOT be cleared.
Before firmware update, let’s check the current firmware version. Power on AT10II. Long press MODE button to enter BASIC MENU--PARAMETER. We can see the current firmware version is V1.4.5a. Power off the transmitter.
Now firmware update.
Step 1. Download the latest firmware of AT10II in RadioLink official website.

We can see the latest firmware is V1.4.6a. Click and download it.
It has been downloaded on the desktop.
Step 2. Connect AT10II to the computer with a USB cable.
（Mac computer is not supported to update the firmware）
Step 3. Power on AT10II. The screen won’t light up at this time. But the red and green LED indicators will flash.
Step 4. The computer will pop out a window to format the disk when connecting to the computer.
Please Note: If there is no window to pop out or AT10II is not recognized by the computer, please change another USB cable that has data transmission function. And enter Device Manager to check the disk. Format the disk manually.
Now. Click Format disk. Start-YES. Format complete
Then copy and paste the new firmware into the Drive of the transmitter directly.
(No need to unzip the firmware)
(During the formatting and firmware copying process, the red and green LED indicators are always on. After the copy is completed, the indicators resume flashing.)
The copy is done.
Step 5. Power off the transmitter and unplug the USB cable. Firmware update is done.
After the firmware update, you can check the firmware version to confirm firmware update is successful. Power on AT10II. Enter Parameter. We can see the firmware Version is V1.4.6a now, so Firmware update is successful.

Format disk pop up doesn't appear on windows 11. Tried with many different cable

I'm on a mac device. It will also recognize the drive. Will it work, if I format that drive with the FAT filesystem? I really want to update my AT10II, but I don't own a Windows device.
