Hi, I'm just confused about which memory card I should choose. There is the SanDisk 256GB UHS-I V30 U3, with 200 MB/s reading and 140 MB/s writing speed, and the Lexar 1066x microSDXC™ UHS-I, with 160 MB/s reading and 120 MB/s writing speed.

I suggest go with Sandisk Extreme Pro microSD. With its UHS Speed Class 3 (U3) and Video Speed Class 30 (V30) ratings.

-Both SD cards are U3 and Class 10.

Sandisk extreme or SanDisk extreme pro. Is SanDisk extreme more than ENOUGH for 4k 30fps for pocket 3.
And pls say Any heating issues while recording with this san disk extreme card in 4k 30fps 😊

Does the Pocket 3 break up the video recording files like a GoPro when they reach a certain file length or does it allow continuous recording with a single file? (I need to record 1-hour long videos of a DJ set (sometimes longer than 1-hour))

It will break files... Based on my experience, it will cut after around 25 to 30mins of recording and start a new one

I have a question? When you Record for a long period of time and the camera splits the files, will the files continue normally when I put it all together in my editing software or is there a 10 second delay?

Split second delay... almost unoticeable.
