21:10 the guide is referring to the "badge boost" you get for beating Blaine. You get a 12.5% increase to all Pokemon's special stat after obtaining the Volcano Badge. Attack, defense, and speed are boosted by other badges.
Honestly I would love a legends Kanto game to learn the history of mewtwo in real time as well as seeing fugi Blane oak and Giovanni and everyone else in official materials it's something I've always wanted since I seen the books in cinnabar mansion

My favourites Pokemon Nintendo Switch Games are Pokemon Sword/Shield and Pokemon Scarlet/Violet because graphic designs of the characters and the scenery like forest, mountain, desert, ocean and buildings are a lot better than the past Pokemon games. They have a lot of features like buy to change clothes, campsite/picnic and battle events to keep busy but the best part is the DLC were you can continued your journey to other places like The Isle of Armor/ The Crown Tundra and The Teal Mask/The Indigo Disk for example.
little theory: i am at 1:52:50 and just heared how Sea was wondering how the YX guide just says "press b to move faster" instead of mentioning the run function, i think that some companies might be doing this for multiple games and they have phrases they might just copy paste? i mean in the end even if its a official pokemon guidebook who said its not maid by a sub company which leads to it still beeing a "official" pokemon guidebook, useless comment but whatever
Pokemon Ultra Sun and Pokemon Ultra Moon are the last Nintendo 3Ds games that I ever played before replace with Nintendo Switch and they're a lot better than the previous versions of Pokemon Sun/Moon because there's a lot of features in the games like Festival Plaza, Poké Pelago, Rotom Dex Upgrades, Mantine Surf, Alola Photo Club, Reverse World and the new improved storylines. Also my favourites Alola starter Pokemon is Popplio because it evolved into Brionne and then evolved into Primarina as it looks more of a female rather than a male which is why I always picked Popplio as my starter Pokemon in four games version as it suit for a female trainer like me.
