    I'm older than you so I have made many more mistakes than you. I think I'm getting pretty good at it too! =) I even do them outside in the dark. I don't always watch every vid but I'm glad I saw this one. Thank you , Matt.

    Thanks Matt. You are great teacher. Most of the martial arts have existed for hundreds of years because they are successful. We have to be open minded and adapt them to our needs and reality.

      Not to good Matt. I got a shoulder surgery, and my range of motion very limited. Going to the gym 3 times a week. Very hard, painfull and long wayfor full recover. Thank you for the videos.

    Is there a way to do this practice with an 8 foot ceiling, say a shorter heavier stick?
