I'm older than you so I have made many more mistakes than you. I think I'm getting pretty good at it too! =) I even do them outside in the dark. I don't always watch every vid but I'm glad I saw this one. Thank you , Matt.
Thanks Matt. You are great teacher. Most of the martial arts have existed for hundreds of years because they are successful. We have to be open minded and adapt them to our needs and reality.
Thanks for the workout and spin-strike strategy.
Thanks for watching John!
Good evening Matt. Thank you for the class
Great stuff. Love the concept of turning cool spins into useful strikes. Mesmerise your opponent then whack him! Like the retro style of this video too it reminds me of your earlier tutorials. Cheers Matt.
thanks Matt
Good to see you back.
Excellent video on self defense.
I recognize the old studio. I should try the two-handed spin at some point.
Cool! Actually going to add it to my bo kata.
Thank you very much Matt!
Yes I do use all those justifications for not practicing. Thank you for making it ok to admit that
Thx Matt. Great philosophy and yes passion too! Practicing every day now. Cheers
Matt once again you have hit the mark. I will adopt your techniques for combat and exercise regimen. Once again thank you for sharing your combat martial wisdom.👊👍🙏

@@pasquinilli being a master requires to be a good example. And from what I see you're a good example
Hi Gabriel. How are you tonight?
Not to good Matt. I got a shoulder surgery, and my range of motion very limited. Going to the gym 3 times a week. Very hard, painfull and long wayfor full recover. Thank you for the videos.

Is there a way to do this practice with an 8 foot ceiling, say a shorter heavier stick?
Yes. A shorter staff like five feet would be perfect.
Thanks!
Looks easy, but it takes a LOT of coordination.
Muy bueno
