    Yay for day 17! Having some repeat/ familiar movements feels so good, because I settle into the movements faster and easier. Plus it's a boost for the ego because I feel kind of professional knowing the moves! Thank you Cailin!

    The nice thing about this series is the variation from one day to the next. It gives me the motivation to continue, and I find myself looking forward to the next class after a day's work.
