    Thank you for this workout. I would love to see a 45 - 60 minutes workout with the original 34 poses.

    Loved this full body workout. I definitely need more practice with the neck pull and the push ups. It always amazes me how fast these classes go by. Thank you for putting so much into your videos for us.

      You're welcome, Laurie 😊I'm happy to be able to provide these classes for you all! The neck pull is a difficult one because of the hands behind the head... you don't have the arms reaching to help you up! Start by keeping the arms straight (like rollup), and bring them behind the head once your core can support the movement better.
      Push ups (and many upper body strength exercises) are tough for me! Just make sure you are aligned correctly and using your breath to power you through. Keep it up :)

    Day 18 done! I think I might be realising that daily pilates is not for me. While I absolutely love these videos and how much it works the core, I occasionally find myself interested in other forms of physical activity, such as yoga or a "walking" cardio workout. However, as this is my first time doing 30 days straight of pilates, I will stick to it and allow myself to make observations and discoveries about my own body. Who knows what I will learn? I look forward to reflecting at the end of each class, because every day you help me learn something new! Pilates is definitely something I look forward to incorporating in my weekly schedule.       I’m proud of you for sticking with it, but it’s wonderful that you are listening to your body and craving other ways to move too! I love adding variety to my routines too, and I always think it’s great to mix it up 🙌🏻

    I am amazed that I am here on day 18. Thank you so much for these videos! I can actually do them even with my thorn meniscus. I hope one day there will be such lovely 30 day of flexibility ❤️❤️
