Use fermanted fud afternoon every day ...like home made curd ,ganjii ....eat 300 gram raw veg salad before lunch n dinner everyday ,have dinner at 6: 30 pm ...avoid junk fud ,milk products ,bakery products ,outside fud ,lot of oil etc
Maximum benefit is received at noon when UVB rays are maximum with lesser exposure. An occasional blood test is required for people on supplements to avoid hyper vitaminosis D . Thanks for the video.

Sun 🌅⛅ grown / sun dried mushrooms. Gives you Ergocalciferol or D2
Both are same, and have the same nutrition value, one is with black cover another is without cover.👍

His comment about females sitting behind window glass was weird...it made me lose respect for him.
It was good of him to point out that glass does not let UVB rays pass but there was no need to say females sit behind window glass.
Women usually work in the balcony, terrace like hanging clothes out to dry...my mother is the one to do vegetable shopping from local market...men on the other hand go to office and on holidays sit inside the house usually...retired men also usually sit inside but for women there is no retirement...around me in all the families where the retired men sit at home...their wives of same age still do cooking 3 times and other household duties.
Someone else's observation may be different and that is why we should not generalise.I have honestly never seen any woman sit behind window glass to get sunlight...and if someone does that...it is not dependent on gender.

Very interesting info. I take vit D drops. Eating mushrooms is an easy fix because here in America's northeast during winter months being outdoors can be a problem. Is it ok to put mushrooms in sun but in very cold outside temperatures? How many mushrooms to use, please advise. Thanks!
