Hi Dr. Bharath, This is excellent. I was having Vitamin D deficiency(below 17). I tried these steps and and lab tested and found my Vitamin D is showing 41 Units.

You can take oral Vitamin D liquid, 60000ui per week, total 4 doses. I recommend you first consult yor doctor and do a Vitamin D test..👍
