      The world would probably never get over the fact that he died so suddenly and tragically. We lost him. Forever. Plus, we lost Oswald too. So we will never know what was in his mind. Had Oswald lived, the JFK assassination would hv taken a different direction. Or if only Mrs. Marina Oswald said Yes she will come with him bringing the children....

I think the American people ; each state have an interview panel consisting of various types of people - an interview. That panel decides and holds the politician accountable. None of the Lobby crap either. Then only then will we have a President and Congress serving the people of this nation. They all get flilthy rich being a politician .

      Kylian Mbappé Don’t start a “your favorite president isn’t a good president” argument. American presidents can be as troublesome as saying “your candidate is a bad candidate.” People will love or hate every president. ‘I love Lincoln for his abolitionist policy’ ‘I hate Lincoln for his abuse and extension of the power of the executive during his terms.’ ‘I love FDR because he successfully navigated the USA through WW2.’ ‘I hate FDR because he told the US that he would send no young Americans to die in Europe, yet 400,000 never returned to America.’ You can’t argue the best presidents because it is still politics and it therefore depends on what people value.

    That my friends was what a real President was all about.
    Challenging us to strive to be better and to be proud of ourselves. Even though I was a young boy at 7 years old when he was elected I recall how our country rallied around President Kennedy and how we were grateful that he was our president. The man had courage, a true vision of what our country was all about and a whit about him that made you feel proud to be an American.
    One of the saddest things I read was on July 20, 1969 someone put flowers on his grave with a short note that said.... 'Mr. President, the Eagle has landed.' ”

    What happened to the democratic party? 😔 this is patriotic; this is a big heart filled with courage, honor, loyalty, and love for the American people. This president was more than a public serveant; he was also a leader(occupying this position doesn't make you one), family man, and a human of faith in the lord, country, and himself.
    I appreciate the immense value of his messages. I am thankful our country has kept them in a high platform for every American to see; and some rest of the World.
    A soul willing to sacrifice everything, acknowledging the consequences; and he kept on that route for all of us.
    🇺🇸 God bless the United States of America 💜 and let's celebrate each opportunity we get; the gift of having John F. Kennedy in our land, and hearts.

    • @efulmer8675
      @efulmer8675 4 года назад

      The two parties, Republicans and Democrats, tended to sit much closer to each other in the 60s than they did towards the far end of their side of the spectrum. This led to great cooperation projects like the Space Race because going too radical meant either 'turning Grey (fascist)' or 'turning Red (communist)' and obviously neither of those would be helpful for a political career during the Cold War. The two parties really began to diverge during and after Reagan because of the same forces that got Reagan elected also began drawing the Republican party out towards its radical wing. The Democratic party then just followed the pressure pulling it towards its own radical end. This process then got doubly reinforced after the Tea Party movement in the 2010s and here we are. Two parties hellbent on destroying the other, perpetually locked into a stalemate with 49% of the vote and completely unable to agree.
      JFK, if he were around today, probably would not *have* a party because they've both moved so far from where they started in 1960.

    Much like Churchill, Kennedy was and always will remain the textbook example of a leader of the new time. A time in which dictators were no longer needed and tolerated and times in which the very definition of progress started to be perceived differently than as what it was before. So was leadership itself. Kennedy breathed America and was reflected in all people of the US, he was like a mirror of the american spirit itself and that's why he is and remains loved and respected. Much shame to Oswald, that marxist, for what he did. Russia is and always will remain the biggest enemy of the US, Europe & the West. Never forget that. Greetings from Eastern Europe!
