    I so appreciate your art lessons. I'm retired and have some background in photography and I'm now able to spend more time on it. I decided to expand my love of art into drawing, for which I have no background. I took an art class from an art institute here in Florida and went from drawing stick figures to a decent bowl of fruit. I find your instruction of these basics extremely valuable. I went back to some of my old exercises and found using your technique for the basics better then some of my original instruction. Thanks again.

      its ok to draw a not perfect circle since our cranium is more like a lil squashed circle so its gonna be more natural just my opinion ✌️

      @jeanjacquesrousseau1955 3 года назад +7

      As someone who was not able to draw a circle 2 days ago let me tell you it is possible. :D
      Don't draw it at once. You have to sketch it and do multiple lines until it has the right curve. :)

    • @asmeet2005
      @asmeet2005 3 года назад +4

      @@jeanjacquesrousseau1955 Yup, it's a way lot easier for beginners. But you can also try the quarter method. Draw the curve quarterly. It would be easier.

    I use a very cartoonish style and I’m having trouble drawing heads proportional to the body because I’m so used to exaggerating it. I’m not used to anything more realistic and even if I try the chin is to thin like a triangle and that’s not what I want. I have no idea what the hell I’m doing and it’s very frustrating.
