      Agar ground Mai 25min aa raha hai toh aur improve karna parega aur agar road pe aa raha hai toh thik hai aapka ho jayega physical wala din...uss din apko rukhna nahi hai 24minutes continue same pace par running karna hai easily nikal jayega 👍

      @@pappusarkar1928 abhi mat khana pain killer uske side effects bhi hote hai...aap abhi running continue rakho jitna ho sakta hai karo but injury mat hone do jyada pain ho raha hai tab running ko uss din wahi par chor do aur exercise kar k ghar wapas aa jao....jis din apka physical hoga uske pichla wala din raat ko khana khane k baad painkiller kha k soo Jana next din Kam karega woh painkiller...abhi mat lena nahi toh kidney , liver wagera Mai side effects ho sakte hai
