    मैं पिछले 5 महीने से दौड़ रहा हु और मैं 5 km ठीक से भी नही दौड़ पता हू 1km दौड़ने से पहले ही हार जाता हू,अर्थात सांस फूलने लगता है।।अगर कभी किसी तरह दौड़ता भी ही तो 27से 28 मिनट लगता है जो मुझे लगता है proper exercise नही करने से ऐसा होता है तो please भैया आप 5km के लिए proper workout seduale पर वीडियो बनाइए।😢😢😢

    Sir mera gd written exam qualify hua hai mai 2.5 -3 month se running hu 1600 ab ho jata h pr timing 10-11 min aata h last me fast running nhi kr pati and abhi approx 7 days se thai,, shin pain ho rha ab main running bhi nhi kr pa rhi

    Phle 1600 7.30 minute me aata tha av 9.30 minute aa rha hai
    Mera running 22 ko hai
