I never thought noodles can be made at home even without a pasta maker. I tried this. I had a very amazing result. I experimented on egg noodles with equally amazing result. Will never buy noodles at the store again. Big thx!

I also have same problem. I searched that we have or not. Then I learned we don't have sichuan pepper in any spice store in Bursa, Turkey..
@@merve1851 Maalesef evet, yokmuş. But, there is this Chinese Market in Taksim, İstanbul...I wonder if they have those sichuan pepper.
@@AniThings istanbul has many stores where it is sold. When I at Istanbul I remember that my friends buy it. Unfortunately Bursa is not as big as Istanbul..
@@AniThings if u live in istanbul u can buy it from uyghur's spice store which is in cerrahpaşa, sefaköy or fatih.
