Back when, places like a bank that took out bonding for the required employees were unable to hire someone with a record. Where I live now a person with any record cannot be insured, such as a contractor. And here you definitely want one who is insured and bonded if possible. I do not wish to say what state but I am sure you could make a good guess... lol The very best to you.
