If you arrest someone for a minor charge and then find all of the body parts from his murdered victims you can't charge him with the murders because he's already under arrest. That's the law.

The first officer was amazing! It did his job, didn't take anything personal, and conducted himself professionally during the entire stop. We need more officers like him.

Not going to lie but I failed almost every time I've tried to do the straight line test when I'm stone sober.
@@standepain There are other tests they can give. Been pulled over once for suspected DUI. I had been drinking, but only 2 beers over 6+ hours and felt 100% sober. The cop asked me to recite the alphabet from F to T which I did with alphanumeric call signs (I did air traffic control in the NAVY). Told the cop I could do it backwards just as well and he said "Sure, go for it". Recited it perfectly backwards and he just said have a nice evening :)
The first officer's professionalism was beyond perfect. I don't think I would've been as patient and calm.
