They said it sounds like she has mental issues but they don't know WHAT was happening (for all they know she WAS drugged or maybe just crazy or lying) and so they pulled them out that way for safety since it was a crazy call with no good facts about the situation they are going into, its just how those type of stops are done.

TOO GOOD a lot of people mistake meth addicts for being mentally ill but the delusions are caused by long term use of the drug. Meth causes a ton of dopamine to be released and schizophrenics are believed to have too much dopamine being released and so they cause similar symptoms. An old friend of mine who I went to high school with is a homeless heroin and meth addict in Los Angeles and he constantly posts on Facebook about shapeshifters running around, piles of dead people, ghost children playing drums all night, and imps running around Venice Beach among many other things. He got taken in to a clinic at UCLA to get an infection treated and the drugs wore off while he was there and he wrote a very long and completely lucid paragraph about how beautiful the campus was and how he wished that he had gone to college. Then they let him go and he ended up back on the beach and slowly but surely his posts became more and more delusional again. Now he believes there are time travelers camped out on the beach from another universe and that he is the only person from this realm to have successfully time travelled and that he went to the year 2027. He said Trump wins two terms although he also said he went on a date with Trump and they were chased around by about 30 shapeshifters by MacArthur Park.
That old fella at the beginning doing the lord's work. I'm glad he calmly followed directions and nobody got hurt. I hope Methany has gotten the help she desperately needed!

If I was transporting them i would have a second person with me, the patients pockets turned out/external pat search before they go in the car. mainly as a precaution against them having any weapons or needles. Also I'd make sure to remove any cellphones from them, to prevent occurances like this. Have the rear windows one way mirror tinted so nobody can see in.

I absolutely believe that she swerved into them, realised her mistake and that’s why she HAD to get that last word in that got her arrested. I don’t know how that officer didn’t notice immediately that she was out of it. In all honesty I reckon she was actually CHASING the silver car when the cop pulled them over

Same rule applies if you are pulled over and you don't have your registration card or drivers license and you dont know your license #..you get a court date summons to bring in your registration and physical license/id..After you do that everything is dropped. Next time maybe put your insurance information with your other credentials in one spot in your vehicle so you don't have to worry about finding it if you get pulled over in the future.
I'll tell you why I believe that. Because there are absolutely ZERO charges one could be cited with regarding "taking too long to find my insurance card".. Be more clear. You didn't find it. Therefore you didn't give the officer an insurance card. It is impossible to cite someone for simply " taking too long " after giving an officer their insurance card. You couldn't find it. Therefore you didnt produce it. Hence you being cited to appear later in court toprovide your insurance card. The end.

Again, I'm not insulting that woman, I'm only saying that based on past experience, she might just be stupid.
