Being a cop is literally baby sitting adults most of the time

I'm a lunch monitor at a school and I have to say this is very similar to when I have to try and figure out what happened during a playground fight, but replace 'I'm gonna arrest you' with 'I'm sending you to the office'.

@@icouldntthinkofaname3055 When people do this I think they're trying to get say, in this situation, the cops to stop looking early. He thinks by saying go ahead and arrest me he's portraying innocence but it's really hinting at guilt. Either way he's so nervous about getting arrested he just wants out out the situation.
Watching these shows makes me realize how blessed I am in this life. So many people have terrible relationships with their family or drug problems etc. prayers to these people for sure

People walk up to people. Sometimes they're upset but that doesn't mean they're aggressive. Aggressive might be threatening to fight her or egging her on to fight him. Notice she never gave any specific examples of how he was being aggressive just that he was being defiant. Being defiant versus being aggressive are very different circumstances. What would you do if someone refused to talk to you like a decent human being?

@@jesssmoubas9678 at 17:21 it looks like he tried to put his hand in between the female in the blue and the officer (if you go to around 17:20 you'll see his arm extended around the female, then the officer pushes him, then the female in red walks away), which lead to the officer attempting to push him out of the way so they could detain the female in blue. It could have been that when he put his arm in between the officer and the female in the blue it could have touched the officer (which is automatically assault on law enforcement) or in attempt to keep the officer away from the female in blue (obstruction).
It sort of looks like the officer escalated it but if the male in black just backed up and stood at a distance it wouldn't have happened. It also didn't help how he was actively resisting while on the ground.
I am not law enforcement but that's my take on it

@@jesssmoubas9678 Just obstruction/resisting arrest. 99% of the time it's just a night to three nights in county jail before you get released on bail. Any public defender can throw that case out, so it's mostly just used for routy people who need a night to sober up.

@@flamebitewolfy1062 doesn't matter if it's his gun or not. He possessed the weapon (or had possession of it) when he got arrested. If he stole it, that's an additional charge.
Even if he didn't have the weapon on him when he was arrested, they still had 2 witnesses saying he had the firearm.

Sheriff would of let him go had the NEW OWNERS, from out of state, accepted his, 'But I sold these people this property'.....15yrs ago BEFORE. One realtor's 1ST reply to our interest in property HE HAD POSTED, with 'I found this in my spam folder.' A lot of folks in this state, if they're the sharpest tool in the shed they're a BALL PEEN HAMMER.....
