Wow I need to visit this one. Looks stunning. I hear Robin, Blackcap, Wren & Chiffchaff 👍
It is beautiful. Thank you, Danny.
You’re welcome!
I live in the forest of Dean all my life and I love park runs 🏃♀️ soo much more scenery 😍
wow atmospheric emotional parkrun day - and such low numbers for a beautiful run - thank you as always for sharing!
Thanks BN!
I had already watched this but watched it again after the mention in the latest pod. It is indeed very lovely. 😍
Brilliant video Danny, lots of useful information. Stunning venue, one to add to my list. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you bud
I adore the Forest of Dean, one of our family's real happy places. There's a wonderful sculpture trail in the centre of the forest, I think it's nearer the other parkrun course. Loved the bit near the end where you were just present with the scene.
Wow, you really captured how beautiful it is, looks very remote. Loved the moments of reflection listening to the natural sounds towards the end. Many thanks again Danny.
Ty!
Fab vid as ever and what a stunning parkrun - now added to the very long 'to do' list (and probably wouldn't have thought to do it without your video)! Thank you 😊👏
Thank you!
Thanks for producing this video I'm trying to pick a run for this Saturday which will be my 50th. Mallards Pike is now a firm contender!
Great video! It really is a beautiful place and you captured it perfectly. Lovely to see you too!
💛
I don’t really tour outside of London so I really love seeing all the other places you get to. Thanks for another great video!
Thanks for the video, travelling this weekend so great to see what it's like
Thank you Martyn!
Just caught up with this one, Danny. It looks like a stunning course and the birdies and duckies seemed very pleased to see you. It was lovely to see your genuine emotion when you were describing how you felt. Thank you 💛
Ty Ruth! 💛
Thanks Danny for the amazing video of our wonderful parkrun, you captured it perfectly it’s a hidden gem.
Ty!
Another one to add to the parkrun bucket list! Great video really captures the event well.
Ty!
Sooooperb, beautiful video 🦆🦆🦆🐽🐗 Looks gorgeous. I’ve been to the equally picturesque Forest of Dean parkrun and now really want to go here. 🌳
Thanks Danny and Co! 💛
Ty! 💛
That was a peaceful video and place. I enjoyed that! I liked the opening where you looked like you’d been out stealing cars 😂. Being present at the end in the wild! Lovely.
Get outdoors!
Who said I hadn’t been out doing that…? 😂
@@WithMeNow that place looked like the route to Noah’s ark. Wild boar? Are you sure it wasn’t a fat dog?
@@BUSHMANandBLUE I’m not that short-sighted!
Great video
Can we buy the yellow T-shirt? I have the black but love the yellow
Another great review , thanks Danny
Thank you!
There are less birds in the world than I thought there would be...! ;)
Coincidentally all of them at just one place too!
@@WithMeNow I know! I was also surprised by that! Lol
this is great. I did it as a freedom run last September, and also did the 10k route. Lovely place, must go back for the real parkrun.
Defo!
Love these videos. If you want a chortle, go to the 13:40-mark where the RD is 'ringing his bell'. Watch without the sound and it looks like something entirely different!
Thought I saw Al at around the 13 minute mark... didn't realise he was there! ;)
I did omit a message for you about this!
@@WithMeNow lol... I knew it!!! 🤣
