- To celebrate doing my 100th Parkrun I headed to the Forest of Dean to have a go at Mallards Pike Parkrun.
And what a location it is, beautiful! Throughly enjoyed my visit.
Met and had a great chat with @suechristy7598, Sue even got a PB!

Well done on becoming a Parkrun centurion Chris, and what a special place you chose to complete it. Mallards Pike is my home park run. Unfortunately, I am currently stuck on 99 Parkruns due to being deployed with the army in Cyprus. I've been here since July, so I can't wait to come back and finally complete my 100th there in December.

Ah, how frustrating! Bet it's amazing in winter too, let me know when that is and maybe i'll come over again.

It is currently likely to be the 23rd December, so perhaps I'll see you there and then. And yes, I can tell you, its a whole new challenge in the winter. From bitterly cold winds to blinding sunshine. And the occasional ice rink. It all adds to the fun challenge.
