Question: Do the outside statue positions change during a single rotation? If not, when the 5 players get frozen, would it be feasible to just stand by your own statue position and the free player just pick up the ghost and dunk it? I haven't done the raid. Just asking.
One thing that NEEDS to be VERY explicit: the "Inside/Solo" team does each 2D shape ONE AT A TIME. Once you have your shapes, send one at a time to each member, and do NOT get both shapes at the same time, or you'll need to reset. The solo players ONLY need to pick up both shapes at the same time when making the key. Good video Fallout! ❤
if you pick up the wrong shape by accident, pick up 2 shapes and deposit to any guardian statue to get rid of both shapes you picked up @@agentgauntlet4092

This encounter will take a while to learn. Be patient with people. But it will click eventually and becomes a very satisfying encounter. Our team got it down in about an hour.

I finished the raid yesterday and I knew how to do the solo room, but I didn’t understand the logic. After watching this, I finally understand both solo and outside rooms. This is a great guide, I can’t wait to do this encounter again.

And to be fair there was no structure and they didn't explain why we were making the shapes how and when. This actually helped. A lot. I did this raid a week ago and I walked away still barely understanding Verity. The Sherpa kinda sucked at explaining it. This helped by giving me something to visualize while giving clear and concise instructions on what to actually do without making it complicated.

This is SUUUUUUCH a brilliant guide, Fallout! Datto's was good, but you did this great thing where you had framing and structure so while trying to understand, we had context to go back to. The keys and door framing was great, and clearly stating each team's goal and circling back to it was SO smart
not in here. there are multiple encounters where all 6 need to participate. Tho I supposeif you are inside you could die on purpose to go back outside if there are 3 competant disectors

Then the UK guys stopped his explanation claming, we got it! Then proceeded to not have it. After I looked at the report and they were in that instance for 3 hours before I joined. I was wondering why they were so pissy..lol
just did this. had absolutely no idea what was happening while having it explained twice and taking notes. got through purely because i got lucky and only got pulled in once. this explanation is 30x simpler than what i was told

The inside seems straight forward, your explaination really helps! Outside seems more complicated, but that website helps with the moves, until you can do it on the fly
Edit: so the real mechanic is to get both symbols you dont current have sent to you. Then the shaddows from the other 2 guardians you see in your room get removed. And then you can (in theory) create any key you want which does not contain your symbol. But obviously it needs to work for all 3 Thats why if you are C: SS TT ST all work for you to leave the room (and this makes the challenge possible) Old comment: If the solo players would do it perfectly they don’t get ported as ghosts and the glass door doesn’t shatter So somehow you need to swap away your first 2 symbols which the proposed tactic in the video does But it’s so stupid that a perfect play results in a softlock because the door doesn’t open
This was happening for my team and the solution we found is that no matter what shapes your back wall starts off as you need to send both of them to the other 2 solo players because the ghost mechanic wont happen until 6 trades have occurred
I’m sure the person in the left inside room would realize that they would not need to do anything. I agree it’s easier to move less and that does help move the encounter along. The way he mentions to move a total of 12 times is because it makes it easier for lfg. Obviously it’s quite hard for people to solve the puzzle. Me personally I like to communicate who needs what.
God this is going to be a nightmare to do on time and/or teaching. Especially given it's random who is teleported and the only visual is based on Guardian's armor. I feel like they should be in different positions/emotes. I can already feel the migraine doing this for hours with an LFG team full of people who claim they KWTD, but don't actually.

First time doing this, you will be confused as hell. After a few runs, my lizard brain finally understood what to do in the darkened rooms. I can't imagine being the day one runners trying to figure this out. Who knew that geometry would be our third greatest enemy?

Not a reset per se.
Thankfully doing the two same shape method will already fulfill that requirement but that is good to know!

Yea I noticed this too but it’s weird bc one of the triumphs is to not dunk on the same player twice 🤔

If it’s any consolidation, if you die before the encounter starts you can forcefully send the three alive players inside.

First time doing this, you will be confused as hell. After a few runs, my lizard brain finally understood what to do in the darkened rooms. I can't imagine being the day one runners trying to figure this out. Who knew that geometry would be our third greatest enemy?
