Wow, this game REALLY shows off the graphical power of the PS3! Man I am missing out!
@0Jass I don't know why people compare the games. The only similarity is place objects places...This is a puzzle game. Not a platformer/everything else.

I think this one is better suited for the PC and a mouse. Love this genre of games like Incredible Machine and the Mechanic Master series on the DS.
controls were a problem? wish you had reviewed the wii version.

@unprofessionalvids I'm being absolutely objective. I just find stylus control more intuitive for FPS than the 360 controller. I'm comparing my experience with Metroid on the NDS with my experience with Halo 3 on the 360

I think that Create is meant more for Wii and Xbox 360 owners. If you have a PS3, Go out and buy Little Big Planet instead.

1.Gmod ($10 off steam (must own a source game to play))
2.Minecraft (free and works in browser (but you can pay to get more))
3.The incredible machine (you'd have to find it on amazon or eBay)
Gmod is the most in depth and customizable and has no preset goals (same with minecraft) bur the incredible machine is basically the same game as create (but it's 2D).

This reminds me if the old Incredible Machines games I had on the computer when I was a kid.
I just bought this game but I can't seem to even create a profile??? It starts up with the tutorial but no matter how much stuff I put down I don't get any 'sparks'. There doesn't seem to be any challenges either. The manual says to choose a empty profile slot and add my name with the virtual keyboard - I cannot find the slot to enter my name and no virtual keyboard appears anywhere! I've read through the whole manual but am now close to giving up. Can anyone help please?
I watched a trailer of this game. Isn't it supposed to make own little games with it?
I think game developers gave up trying to create advanced games for the PS3!! Look at Polyphony, it took them 4-5 years to release Gran Turismo 5 on the PS3! According to Wikipedia, quote "Developers have also found the machine difficult to program for". Take into account Blu Ray, the firmware updates, its GPU and CPU, I hope the PS3 is not a failure!!!!! Because I just bought one!!! It scares me that Polyphony may have had trouble programming/developing Gran Turismo 5 for the PS3!!!

@Caparzoshow Could it be that he's taking his time to get into the game before reviewing it to ensure that his opinion is valid and not misinformed? There's more to being a competent reviewer than just shovelling stuff out as quickly as possible, you know.

you should do a review on incredible machine. its pretty much freeware at this point.
the graphics are that substandard for this ps3 game i thought it was the wii version which looks just as good but plays better cos its a point and click game.

wakkyvideogroup, I don't think that 'Mine Craft' is overrated! The game is interesting. Maybe that's why so many gamers love it.

@StefyVolti The games are okay at best. Alone kinect really isn't fun. But if you have friends over it can be really fun. But their not worth it right now.

It's fun in it's own right. Clearly, if it's that much worse (supposedly) than LBP, then they didn't try to compete with it, if so it doesn't matter, it looks like a cool game.

@TheRogueMonk This most likely IS his job. I'm not sure exactly sure what the ad revenues are for featured channels, but I do know from other people it is possible to "quit your day job" and make a modest living on RUclips. Go figure huh? :D
P.S I share your frustration about lack of time to really play my games, and I don't have that many in the grand scheme of things.

@lctb51 The PS3 is not a failure, but it simply has not lived up to the pedigree of its predecessors. The Xbox 360 pretty much stole its thunder. As for Gran Turismo 5, the problem with the game isn't because of the machine it plays on, its that fans have been waiting 6 years for Polyphony to deliver something truly spectacular. Instead, they get more of the same. Great car models and tons of modes, but terrible presentation and unsolved issues like lack of crash models.
FPS on NDS has better controls than FPS on the 360
