Great as always! What's your experience about how many people proactively schedule a call after they already opted in?
I like your message ,,Sorry I'm not free to talk rn but please schedule a call...". Would love to know how many respond to that with an appointment. I see that around 15% of people schedule a call themselves.

Hey Stefan! I'll start off by saying in my business, it's all inbound leads - not outbound. The last time I checked, around 58% of people we get in contact with, to either disqualify or get on a sales call, meaning about 42% of people we never get ahold of. Keep in mind, our average time to getting someone on a sales call is 11 hours (a huge amount of people will inquire at 8pm-6am when we don't work, and 42% of people never pick up). Like you alluded to there, it might only be 10-15% first that first text message (I don't have the exact numbers on just one text in the sequence), but that goes up when adding multiple emails, text messages, calls and high quality content that you're sending over.
In regards to the message you're referring to above - it only mentions thatif a sales rep doesn't claim the lead in 5 minutes, otherwise that message would change to something like "I'm free to chat now, are you available for a quick call?"

@@jonocatliff wow man, thanks for your quick reply and your time!
I think a video on this would be super helpful esp. to promote your consulting services. 👍
I'm in Germany, also B2C, and I see similar numbers. We get hold of 60% of the people, and most of them do qualify for further calls. But 40% will never pick up their phone. Right now I'm building a content strategy because I think that the number might improve if people build more trust over time through video content.
I really had to laugh when you said that you really don't want to talk to someone that doesn't want to jump on a call with you. :D
This is exactly my experience. The people that insist on text messaging or email are mostly weird. But nonetheless, I'm just super curious from a customer standpoint why you first submit a contact form to a service provider and then never pick up your phone. This is just crazy.

Hey Stefan, this is a brilliant idea. I've written it down and will likely speak about it in the next few days here.
It's reassuring to hear you're getting the same results as in Canada. LOL I was thinking the same thing, blows my mind that 40% of people just never respond to a service they went out of their way to inquire about in the first place.

@@jonocatliff cool, I'm totally looking forward to it!
I was also thinking if a call bridge would be helpful so that people are being called within 10 seconds.

Hi Jono, are you able to disclose what GHL account you have? Do you have the basic 97 a month or 297 a month?
Just wondering as you use Make with GHL and curious about the API restrictions with the basic account.
    Thanks.

Hey, I got grandfathered into the $297 at $97 years and years ago, so I have access to their API and most $297 features. However, I'll be upgrading again in the near future anyway to the $297 plan. You'll need the $297 plan to access the API I believe
