Hey Warren, I know this is an older video, but you should check out the homemade tire installing rig Logger Wade made up. It’s a roller arm that you lift with your crane. You can lift off the tire, and when you re- install it , you can rotate the tire to line up the bolts. Looks pretty slick, and no back injuries. Great channel. Love your content. Cheers from Canada.
That's a big ass tire....There is a lot of skidders around here cropping, raking, bedding pine trees (Taylor County,Fl.)....The tires on these are huge. I am truly enjoying your videos and have learned a lot from you.
Warren, I love your videos. Makes me wish my Step dad was still alive. He taught me what I know about David Brown Tractors and the twins known as FORDSON MAJOR(gas) and POWER FORDSON MAJOR(diesel).
Great video young man! I would love to take over an old building like that and operate from it. It may be out of the way but it is also out of sight of thieves too so hopefully more safer. That building is an opportunity from where I am sat but the reality may be really different!
Warren, watching you manhandling that tire was like watching somebody wrestle a tiger and win all 3 pins. Impressive, from your skills, to your humility, to your terrier like determination!
Great video wrestling with those big tires especially in the heat isn’t fun ! That shop will be awesome when you get it cleaned out , it’s nice just having a roof over your head and electric! Sounds like great physical therapy for Blake lol! Thanks for sharing 👍
Watching you wrestle some of those tires around. If you had something for your crane like the fork attachment from a lumber boom truck could sure help out
Great video 👍👍 iam a forrest worker in sweden,, drive a komatsu 895 and a tigercat 635 sometimes. Here its a law that says when mechanics are out and fix the machine there have to be at least one guy or owner of the forrest machine company with him for safety. The mechanic isnt aloud to work alone in the forrest.
I was wondering how you got started with your customers did you do it on the side until you built up enough work to be on your own full time also was wondering if you have ever had any problems with putting those metal face seals every one I have put in I have fought them.
Just goes to show , don't need be big guy throw those tires around just use what you got at the time to make it work for you as best as you can , it will go on , might be battle but it will go in place .
Okay, 4th time, missed you saying dont put in backward. must have blinked. In my defense, I am home sick with bronchitis and on meds, for the last three days and my enterainment has been watching your videos. I have been going back to see the old ones trying to catch up, dude wish could help you what tool or thing can I send? I know one thing a 2.5 gal water can and holder to mount on truck would help.
When you took out of rusted ring gear the bearing and hub was outside of ring gear ???? How does the spiders gears fit with hub in the way ??? Or did i just see wro g
western truck and tractor repair yes went back to see the bearing and spindle was outside because the bearing feel off and when you removed the stops you used screwdriver and the hub was out side of the ring gear when you torqued the keeper plate bolts on other ring gear the bearing was inside the ring gear also video went from you hameing up inner nut and bloting the nut then jumped to completed hub ready to install caliper for breaks so dont know ?
Okay watched a third time the inner plate of the rusted ring gear, the bearing was outside of ring gear and when you installed it in clean ring gear, the bearing hub was inside. but did see you put ring gear in hub it looked like you had turned it so the bearing was outside. then you installed nut and lock bolted it then video jumped to you putting on caliper with hub completed assembly. any way. no big deal you got it done and by yourself. I was worried that the tire was going to hurt you by fallig on you, you must be strong but hey dont want to see you hurt. know you got to do what you do but dame you fighting them wheels they hurt you.

That makes sense you just never know what could happen
Yeah, If that 1000 lb tire and rim fell on him that could have been the end.
You need to teach a class for young folk on what actual work is! Keep it up bud!
You know, there is not much to you as far as weight...but you are solid muscle!!!
love that service truck of yours! I have a venturo crane on my truck but it isn't near as nice as yours!
did you ever have to bubble balance that tire?
another great video bud
Reminds me of the old timers how hard they worked in all the jobs//
That damn tire is almost to big to handle - but you did it
Imagine one half filled with fluid!!
Got 2 of them old lathes ,once they are cleaned up will work great,l liked the video

Is that inner spline in backwards???
Everything in the tool box is a hammer except a screwdriver that's a chisel :)
I think I can see a little stove pipe running up the lower wall where the fire was.
Great video Warren! Do those bearings go in dry no grease?
My back hurt watching you putting the tire back on.
Great work! Ever do any jobs on a 450 JD dozer?

No disrespect here intended, he reminds me of a army of ants. Determined to get the job done.
I use baking soda to clean rust off delicate gears no pitting
Was that a Bear 🐻 behind you
Its the meds. I need to just watch and enjoy don't take me seriously. But would like to send you something.
So is that going to be your second workshop or a new one?
Raea Brittain That's going to be the one I use when I am down in Yreka California.

Wow,one little mistake and your under that 1000 lb tire, and then what are you going to do?
Leaving a comment..... hope you can use the extra money from RUclips to make your next family vacation, a little more exciting.
I know 2 people who would have loved to get that lathe. Keith fenner and Keith Rucker.
You must have been tired that day to reassemble backwards.
23:57. I've got one if you want to borrow it....
Warren do you ever work on any buses or motor coaches
You better grow eyes 👀 in the back of your head there is a Bear behind you when you are torquing that hub down on the back of your truck
Did anybody else just see that Bigfoot stock in Warren in the far back left corner of the picture is looking around the tree
