kinda looks like he has done this before once or twice it's good to have someone that nows what he doing. looks like he might fire his helper for messing up his torch

Kenny Mysak, only when he makes appearances with us, which is actually quite often, he stays pretty busy with his own work and projects he does for his other clients, he's extremely skilled in his trade.

With all due respect how can you be a logger and not fabricate. Well I guess that keeps us who can in a job...I was born and raised a farmer...you don't fix and fabricate you don't farm. Still watching your vids though...take notes from Wade...!

I did too (worked in farming) but I've seen a lot of repairs that people did on the farm that they SHOULD have let some one else do. Same applies with any occupation. Sometimes people who have things done are making more per hour with their time than just paying someone else to do it. You learn these things as you age and get experience with dealing with people. I try to help/share experience with people rather than just belittle.

Just a suggestion and he probably does this but this is what I do. Make quick patterns out either plywood or wood. The wood is quicker/easier for me to do with a saber saw or band saw. With me plasma they have to 1/2" smaller than finish but you just ride the torch head along and it makes them Basically the same. They stand tall enough that it makes it hard not to make stuff right, which I sometimes need. It saves a lot of grinding time as they are so close. A poor man's(like me) plasma table. Follow this link to one of my builds and it shows the process starting at pic 50.
