If truck vibrates between 45 to 60 its most likely Alignment issue.($250 to 400$) Before you ask for Alignment tell mechanic to look at kingpins too. Also look at you steering tires if they are rubbing or need to replace. If you want to test it let steering wheel go for few seconds and you will notice truck turning on left or right very quickly on straight route. Check my other video I showed that how to test it.
I got hella shaking in my drives when I get up to about 55mph. It's only got 95,400 miles on it so it's not even broke in yet, but dang it's vibrating bad and getting worse. Hoping it's an easy fix, gonna take it in this week for maintenance.
Brother my truck volvo vnl760 2020 starts vibrating (bobtail) as soon I press the accelerator pedal all the way down. But if I speed up my truck slowly then there is no vibration. Any idea ??
Mostly alignment and bad front tires. Even sometimes people put chilies new tires on front and truck will vibrate. So only use good tires on front axle. When u driving bobtail is mostly bumpy because there is no weigh on tires.
@@desitruckersinu.s.a2797 it was interaxle shaft problem. It lossen up the center nut on the third axle yoke. Mechanic said either reman the shaft or get a new one.
Can it be on new Volvo 2021? Cause I feel vibration a little bit for about 3 sec then going smooth, then vibration again. All the time when I go 70mph and more.
@@desitruckersinu.s.a2797 so vibration just gone, now it’s flying. And I figured why. My 5th wheel was completely dry. It was making noice when I was making turns and that’s why it shaked whole my truck. I did changed oil and put lots of oil on my 5th wheel. Now it’s flying like a bird.

Remove the driveline u- joint straps and grind surface area off the backside of the strap , reinstall . A small handheld 4” grinder works best .

Replaced drive shaft and truck is still shaking at55 mph and at65mph after that it stops shaking,what possibly could be a problem

Had that problem with a volvo vnl 860 2021 , started vibrating at 62 to 68 mph.
Boss said , he changed the shocks and the steer wheels.
I changed prop shaft balanced my wheels did alignment changed hydraulic dumper even engine mountings but still shakes

Check the tire pressure that could be causing it to shake sometimes.
_95k miles is a little past broken in.. lmao just because the trucks can get over 900k doesn't mean it can't fail before then._

Yes replace ujoints. Tell mechanic to look at ujoints, King pins, wheel alignment,etc

You need to check your steer tires. And alignment

That not your driver shaft that your yoke need to be replaced

That not your drive shaft that bad it’s your yokes need to be replaced
My ujoints were replaced and problem fixed.
