I've never put sweetener in my raw chocolate, I just use the cacao powder and coconut oil, it tastes DELICIOUS.
Does it give it a rich taste like dark chocolate
@@latyneyez1 I've never had sweetened raw chocolate, so it's hard for me to compare. It's really creamy because of the texture, I find dark chocolate has more snap to it than milk, so I would say raw chocolate is more similar to mik in that sense. The sweetness is more similar to dark chocolate, but because of the texture it's kinda in between the two for me.
I am planning to do the same, don't want to go back to sugar in any form.. insulin or no insulin spike
Me neither. I'm use to eating 90% cacao chocolate bar pieces. But if I make recipes for others, I add sweeteners.
this is good to know. i was hoping to avoid the sweetener.......
Love this! Just put the empty silicone mold on your baking sheet or chopping board before filling it…. Then put it in the freezer to keep the mold from wobbling with the chocolate inside…
Great tip! Thank you!
I tried this recipe and they came out so good! I used ghee instead of coconut oil and 1 teaspoon of liquid stevia. And the rest of the ingredients as described in the video. The were heavenly! I'm so glad I can enjoy chocolate guilt free. Best of all they are so easy to make too!
These were so easy to make & absolutely delicious. I used cacao butter & filled them all with peanut butter. Next time I’m going to do salted caramel filled. Sugar free of course😉
that sounds amazing :D
These are absolutely perfect. The cacao butter is such a nice relief from all the coconut oil and the monk fruit has no aftertaste which I absolutely love. You cannot tell these are keto and you will not be able to stop eating them. I used granulated monk fruit and it was gritty in the bowl but it worked. I also used peanut butter but I only used the dry part and drained off the oil to make it more like a Reese’s cup and less runny in the center and it was perfect. I’m going to make a keto coconut filling, like in a bounty or almond joy bar, and try that next time.
I made this last week but I didn't had any spare ice cube trays. Pour them directly on my homemade keto ice cream and it was super duper delicious!!! I'm so in love with this recipe.. Thank u so much.
Yay! Thanks for the tip :)
❤️❤️❤️❤️Loved watching your video sooo much!!! Simple and easy recipes!!👍
I don’t have all day to watch videos, where people are not prepared/ dis organized/trying to become influencers or movie stars🤦♀️😏I just want information in a clear and direct manner... and this you do , as it speaks of your manners and consideration
of people’s time!!! Thank you soo much , your a lovely grown up person!!! Kudos to your Mom and Dad!!!👍
I'm so happy to read you enjoy the videos :)
I love that you don't use a microwave to melt the coconut oil.
I don't own a microwave :)
Looks so so delicious and easy to make. Will be making this, I'm very excited. Thank you
I've been seeing those molds but don't have one yet as i''m new to this.. This convinces me that I really NEED to get some molds. Your recipe looks awesome good.
Yum, I am so making these on the weekend!
Wow! Looks so Yummy! Can’t wait to try this fat bombs.
On my way to purchase the ingredients
to make lots of this cute little snacks. I know my kids will Love them😍
Thanks for sharing🙏😘✌️
Thank you so much! I will be making a whole lot of these to help me avoid sweet temptations over the holiday period :) I would be really intrigued to see if I can reformat the ingredients a little bit to make a white chocolate and raspberry fat bomb. Hmmmm...
Monk fruit sweetener is my favorite ❤
Good recipe. Thanks. I’ve been using these for extra calories when I’m doing OMAD.
Awesome, thank you for such a simple but delicious recipe!
My husband and I loved these fat bomb. Thank you so much.
I use this recipe to make chocolate covered strawberries 🍓 and to coat my cookie dough fat bombs. 😋
I use swerve powdered sugar
Looks delicious, thank you for sharing.
Finally, a simple recipe. Thank you!!
You are a genius. These are so gooood.
Thank you so much for the great video it was delicious I stuffed mine with crushed up snicker bars
I used crystal erythrotal and stevia, the sweetness do NOT melt in the oil at all!
nothing melts like sugar honey and maple syrup. That's for sure.
I had the same result. It was awful!
I don't recommend monk fruit sweetener or erythritol as they still don't melt and leave sandy feel when biting into the goodies. Allulose and xylitol will play nicer in this role.
My opinion of course 😌
You can ground the monk fruit surger in a coffee grinder.
@@gracehall6009 even though..will still feel like sand between teeth. Tried it.
3:05 "And then you're going to use a SPOON."
Can't wait to make these as well ,.. looks yummy... 😁👍💯
amazing !
Can't get monk fruit sweetener in the UK unfortunately 😖
I will have to use Stevia or Erythritol 😔
Looks delicious...thanks so much for the tutorial 👍 🍫
Just starting to look into Keto, these look so good 👍
Those are quite literally the CUTEST things I have ever seen in my life 😭✅
lol
How someone may find it difficult to eat enough fat on the keto plan is beyond me :D, but these bombs look really nice indeed! Thumbs up! :)
I’m struggling to eat enough fat 🙈 That’s why I’m here. My macros work out at 6% carbs, 40% protein and 54% fat. I’m struggling to get the fat up without bringing my protein up too.
Starts @ 1:23
Can’t wait to try this!
Love it! most original and prettiest fat bomb yet! Thank you Lady!
For the sweetener, what about Swerve? How much would you use for this recipe?
awesome
To my future self, read comments before you try anything. I used crystal stevia sugar, and I got something terrible.
Going to do!
Peanut butter one😍
I have liked and saved this video several times and YT keeps removing it... 🤦🏼♀️

This is great 😍
*These Keto fat bombs look so delicious. Thank you so much* 🤤
looks great! How do you store left overs? In refrigerator or frizzer?
I put it in the refrigerator as else they become too hard.
These look absolutely delicious.
1 question plz, Do these melt if stored at room temp or do i need to store them in the freezer?
It depends on how warm your kitchen is. They keep just like any dark chocolate would. I wouldn't freeze but maybe refrigerate if your kitchen is on the warmer side.
first time look at you and off course subscribe inmediatly. question. can you teach how to do the coconut butter?
To make coconut butter you simply add shredded coconut to a food processor and process 10-15 minutes until it reaches a butter consistency :)
it would be great to know the macros on these

I love ❤️ it thanks dear.
I’m trying it
Looks and sounds good! What was the powder you used? And what was the ingredient you use instead of the coconut oil? Thanks!

Cannot wait to try this where do you but the coco butter and main butter
At my local health food store. I recommend checking at yours or online.

Upon first glance I thought this was a video about Kaloula pulchra
Love the taste of monkfruit better too so agree!
I keep rewinding to the part where she says spoon at 3:00 and cackling
Glad I made you laugh :)
Awesome

I think If you include in your title the type of fat bombs that these are you will get many more deserved views!
the type of fat bombs? "Keto" fat bombs? Or what exactly do you mean? Thank you for your suggestion :)
Easy Keto Fat Bombs - Chocolate/PB Choc/Coconut Butter and Choc/Almond butter
I can't figure out if u put coco nut butter almonds butter and peanut butter in one. Fat bomb 😋
The link in the description takes you to the printable recipe :)
Seems the best fat bombs to me ! I would like to have the recipe in grams, I am from France and we are not used to the cups measurements !
I’m sorry I didn’t measure in weight when I created the recipe. 85% of my audience is based in the US and Canada. As a German, I understand and know you use the metric system but I highly encourage everybody worldwide to have both measuring systems at home. One can get a kitchen scale for as little as 10 euros and imperial measuring cups for as little as 5 Euros. And yes you can get both systems anywhere in the world. You can check Amazon France and you’ll have all kinds to choose from. That way you can make all the recipes you find online posted by anybody. If you do not want to invest in measuring cups find a container that is 236-250ml in volume (a washed-out yogurt container for example) and use that as your volume measurement. An imperial cup is 236ml, a measuring Tablespoon is 14ml and a measuring teaspoon is 5ml.
@@Greenhealthycooking hi, I made some math and managed to do the fat bombs, they were so good that I ate almost everything ! thank you for your posts
yummy ❤️ New subscriber here 😃
Hell yes
Can you put this on my fit pal buy any chance ? These are so gooood
sorry, I don't know that website/app? Also any of my recipes living on any other platform other than my website is harmful for my business.
Hey thanks for the reply it's just an app that helps you count your macros so the recipe wouldn't be on there but the nutrient break down would be. It could be beneficial for your business as people would be more inclined to use your recipes (on your website) because it would make it easier to track the macros if they were on the app. Just a thought love your stuff anyway ☺️
I followed the recipe exactly the way you did it using the same ingredients but I had a lot left over. I used the same truffle mold. Is this normal?
Yes. I fill it 1.5 times. It doesn't take too long to get hard. You can pop them out then fill again.
Looks like a wonderful recipe. Can the mold be purchased on Amazon ?
yes! Here is an affiliate link for it: amzn.to/36eKypM
yummy .. just finished doing these delicious fat bomb and waiting for them to harden .. but my only concern that the monk fruit didn't melt at all even tho i kept whisking them for a long time 😥😥
No, it doesn't melt well at all unfortunately but don't worry. It's still delicious and sweet :)
These look insane!!!
Do you have a nutrient breakdown for these so I can put into my fit pal by any chance pleeease

2:00 1/2 to 1 tsp of Stevia??? Is that in addition to the Monkfruit?
No, instead of
I can’t find the link for the printable recipe and ingredients. ☹️

I have a question about monkfruit sugar. I ordered it and it says 30 grams of carbs??!
What kind of peanut butter and almond butter do you use
I use all natural unsweetened and unsalted nut butters made of only nuts.
thank you... where should be stored pls?
In the fridge
@@Greenhealthycooking thank you for your quick answer ... you are a pro
Subbed!!!
Is peanut butter keto friendly , what about classic roasted peanuts 🥜,i would like to add it to your recipe, thanks.
unsweetened peanut butter is, yes. Roast your own peanuts and they should be fine and fit into your diet.
Peanuts and peanut butter are not great choices for anyone. Peanuts have mold and fungus on them.
@@Greenhealthycooking thank you 😊
@@iluvthekjv1611 I don’t eat them everyday,I think I will be fine,I learned something new today because of you, thank you.
Do you think Hershey’s cocoa powder work? That’s all I have right now.
ASDF thanks. I ended up ordering the cacao on amazon. Can’t wait to try them. Thanks.
Absolutely. You want sugar-free cocoa that's all.
can avocado oil be used instead of coconut oil/cocoa butter?
No it can't. The reason is the melting point. coconut oil and cocoa butter become hard when cold. Avocado oil stays liquid even in the fridge.
@@Greenhealthycooking ohhh ok thank you!
they look amazing! can I use only margarine instead of cocoa butter and coconut oil? :)
I don't think margarine will work. Margarine doesn't harden much when refrigerated and it's not keto approved.
Green Healthy Cooking hi, how about grass fed butter?
@@jaiguu5217 yes! That would work.
Green Healthy Cooking thanks! Uhm.. one more thing.. do we need to count calories on keto?
@@jaiguu5217 Yes, absolutely. Not only that, you have to count your macros and ensure 70% of your caloric intake is high quality fats. Here is a whole blog post I wrote about it: greenhealthycooking.com/keto-diet-plan/
What are the macros?
the link in the description takes you to the full written and printable recipe
Hey, can these be left outside in a jar on the countertop
If it's not too hot, yes. I wouldn't keep them for longer than a week on the counter though.
@@Greenhealthycooking -thanks a lot dear.
can I use coconut oil instead of coconut butter? or Ghee?
You could, it would taste very oily though.
@@Greenhealthycooking the recipe you demonstrated uses coconut oil. You subbed cacao butter because you said it gives it a more chocolatey taste. So why are you now saying coconut oil would make it very oily? I had coconut oil in the house and used it because that's what you started your recipe with. I don't get it. I made these, but they were awful!
@@MrCharlesEldredge Yes, I should have specified "you can as I mention in the video but it does taste oily and I prefer cocoa butter because it gives it more of a chocolate flavor"
@@Greenhealthycooking Yes, and a much higher melt temp by about 20 F, which is enough to keep it room stable in most households. Coconut oil is around 76F where cocoa butter is 92-95F
My Xylitol didn't dissolve, any tips?
It doesn't dissolve too well. It's still delicious :)
1:32 a glass of what? Sorry my English is bad.
a "place a glass bowl on top of it" :)
Wasn't too satisfied. They were way too bitter with that much cocoa....
Oh no, I'm so sorry to read that. Did you use dutch-processed cocoa? That's what I use and it's very mild.
@@Greenhealthycooking couldn't find dutch processed. Where do they sell it. I used the same brand as the cocoa butter. Nutiva. But maybe that's why it was a little bitter 🤣
Here in Canada I can find it at any health food store and online. I recommend checking Amazon. The Dutch processed is definitely milder.
I made them. They were bitter with dutched cocoa.
Start @ 1:27
You are using monk fruit with erythritol, not straight monk fruit.
How much carbs are we talking about in these keto bombs?
The link in the description takes you to the printable recipe that contains all the nutritional information.
@@Greenhealthycooking the question was how many carbs. You should know the answers..won,t be watching again.
@@msmagpie5620 Srsly? Can't be arsed to click a link where the info is already provided? Pretty lazy attitude...
@@dmoore8557 🤣 I'm gonna bet Ms Magpie makes that threat quite often. It's not enough that she gets a free video less and recipe. She has to cop an attitude for not getting the answer she wants in a form she wants to a question that wasn't even hers to begin with.
How much of these is 1 serving???? Just one or ???
One truffle, but you can eat as many servings as you have fat/calories left on your keto diet of course :)
And how much fat and net carbs is one treat?
@@Greenhealthycooking can you post the nutritional content? I have 2-3 per serving and theyre sooo good and I have no idea what I am consuming lol.
@@amydiamond-bridges7143 The link in the description takes you to the printable recipe that includes all nutritional information :)
What about xylitol? I’m guessing that’s not keto…
From what I understand, Monkfruit and Stevia are simply better alternatives than Xylitol
@@Greenhealthycooking i know that, I’m just wondering if xylitol affects blood sugar too much to be keto. I have a bunch of it because I bought it to make toothpaste because it is good for the oral microbiome, but I have too much. I know it’s a sugar alcohol and can cause gut discomfort for some. I don’t know if it affects blood sugar much more than stevia, etc. It probably does.
@@ava.artemis I’m sorry, I don’t know. I’m not an expert in this. I wish I could be of more help.
How do you know how to reach your fat level
You can read more about the keto diet here: greenhealthycooking.com/keto-diet-plan/
I use these as a sweet, and not to add up fats and calories 😂🤣 i can eat alot from these!!!
These were awful. I made them. yuk! The sweetener granules don't dissolve in coconut oil....they are water soluble! The sugar sank to the bottom and did not sweeten the chocolate at all. Blech! It's my first attempt at making a fat bomb. Now I know some of what NOT to do.
Make sure you use powdered sugar substitute it won't granulate.
Wow. The moment i saw you i was like wow. You are really beautiful
Wasn't looking for the education on fat intake with keto.
How can you use any kind of sweeteners when sugar is what causes sweetness? If you're using an artificial sweetener, then it's even worse since artificial sweeteners can't be utilized by the body for energy but they still cause an insulin response.
They are not artificial, they are non-glycemic natural sweeteners.
Monk Fruit, Erythritol, Stevia, Xylitol...all natural sweeteners that do not spike your insulin. Except stevia is usually heavily processed...not a very good product generally.
WRONG !!! I know too many people who says Monk Fruit SUCKS !!! Mine went onto the trash .
Sweets sre not keto at all.. You are not going to get any cetones from here
Who could be bothered with all that farting around?
Huh? These ingredients make you fart?
Good lord. U talk to much. Get to the point faster.
Good Lord! You comment too much and don't even use correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation. Ugh.
@@Greenhealthycooking 🤣 Preach! He was probably still in that constipation phase of keto flu.
