    Mein apna diet plan btata hu practically maine 1 month mein normal tarike se 4 kg kum kiya hai
    Subha sabse pehle jaldi uthte hi 1 glass of warm water uske baad 1 choti katori chana raat ko bhigaya hua aap ishe subha boil karke thoda kheera thoda pyaaj ek chota tomato aur chaat masala daal ke khaaye uske baad sidha 12 bje ek glass sattu powder mein 1 spoon honey daalke thande paani mein pie sakte hai uske baad aapko 2 roti dal ya ek choti si katori rice fir 5 bje lghbhag thode dry fruit koi se bhi le sakte ho green tea ke saath uske mein 8 bje 4 km slow running 25 min mein running 4 km aap fast walking bhi kr sakte hai uske baad aate hi garam paani se nahana uske baad dinner mein normal 2 roti uske saath aap chahe sabji le ya fir dal ya dono last mein sote samay 1 glass low fat milk bina sugar ke aapko accha result milega try krna

    Mene Kiya h ek mahine me 7 kg wajn km...subh ek gilaas grm paani...fir dhopher me 10-12 bje ke bech 1 roti dahi or 2 chamach sbji . Fir 2-4 ke bech ek gilaas juice ...fir syaam ko ek roti 2 chamach sabji or ek katori daliyaaa dud ya dahi ke sath

    Roti na khau toh kya khau , 2 roti m hote hee kya mai to Pichle 20 -22 saal ,subah ho ya raat m 6 se 8 roti ek baar k khaney m kha jata hu , tabhi pet bharta h , ye koi limit nhi decide krte ye person to person uske bhookh p depend krta...

    lekin didi main to roj 8 se 9 roti khata hun..lekin mera pet to bahar nhi nikla hai..didi main to ek ncc cadet hu..or hamko hamesha fot rahena parta hai..to main jitna dur janata hu ki apne mahenat matlab calirie burn karna sabse bari bat hai..agr mai pure din me 2 ya 3 roti khake hamesa shota rahunga ..koi mahenat nhi karunga to mera pet to bahar nikalega or wajan barega..lekin agar main din me 9 ya 10 roti v khaunga lekin uske sath bahut mahenat v karunga..pasina bahaunga..to mera wajan nhi barega...pet bahar nhi niklega..
