    question: for the wall angle, the lower back should also touch the wall? that doesnt work for me, even if i bring my feet a little bit forwards.

    Thanks for another great video, Chad! When doing the wall angels, once my elbows are level with my shoulders (and higher) the only part of my arms that touch the wall are my hands. I take it that is not what's supposed to happen? :) Is there an exercise that will help get my arms back further so they touch the wall when above my head? I did purchase The Sitting Solution, but haven't been very good about using it consistently yet. Thanks!

      Kim Swartz Hey Kim...it will come with time but step a little further away from the wall to the point where you can get the back of your forearm against the wall. Also...when you do this be sure to keep you pelvis tucked and your back as flat as possible against the wall. It will come...stay consistent:)
