My shoulder hurt so bad I couldn't swing a golf club. I had this problem with my shoulder for over a year and considered going to the doctor. As I did the shoulder W for a month the pain started to go away and started golfing a few months later. My shoulder is back to normal now and I appreciate your great presentation. Thank you so much Chad.

You're an angel! Not only did you provide a solution, you helped me be able to name the problem. I'm a single mother and have been unable to work or even care for myself. I'm only in my 30s and feel like I have wasted the last 6-7 years of my life. No doctor could give me answers. Drugs made me sick and no amount of chiropractic adjustments helped. I no longer sleep on my side but it only helps slightly. Thank you!!!!!

Brov, I've had a shoulder injury for some time. Been watching a few videos on RUclips to fix the problem with no joy. some take an age to get to the point. Your video was excellent. Swinging my arm back has already eased my problem. Will be doing a lot more of that. Your advice was spot on. I can't believe it. Thanks again.

You nailed it. My injury occurred just as you demonstrated, with a kettle bell. First time I ever tried using these, with a relatively light bell, I tweaked my 'good' shoulder doing a Turkish get up. This happened even after practicing with light weight pursuant to instruction from a physical trainer. Very subtle differences in shoulder alignment make a difference. Everything you demonstrated fits and I sensed instant relief with the external rotation stretch you demonstrated. Thank you so much. For the first time in a few months now, I am hopeful I can get my training routine back on track.

I dislocated my shoulder a few years back and ever since then, I always get pain in my shoulder. Just this week I had the worst pain in my shoulder that I Just wanted to take my arm off. I found your video and perform the movements that you suggested and found that when I internally rotate my shoulder pain starts to build. So I started to do the external rotation it relieved the pain almost instantly. I've been doing the stretches for 2 days and my shoulder feels tremendously better. Thank you so much for this video!

I have watched a few videos and found this to be very helpful, I like that there are positive activities that I can do to help the shoulder pain. I am a climber and know that I injured this in the gym. It's a movement we are doing one way or another either pulling from an oblique position or pressing. Trying to get better for a trip at the end of the month so thanks.

Incredibly helpful - thank you. I've been diagnosed with arthritis by 2 sports medicine doctors. I've had shoulder injections, take Rx pain med., etc. and still have problems. That first motion you suggested made it where the most painful position for my shoulder no longer hurt - and that was after the very first set of repetitions. It's not comfortable and still feels somewhat sketchy, but it didn't hurt, and that's what's important. I am hoping that after days of doing that motion that it will improve even more. Thanks again!

OMG! When I did the first exercise the firm backswing, and then did the test for the pain it was 90% better - at least! It was stiff at first, but I started working through it gradually to complete the reps and then...when I did the test, I was just taken back like, what kind of voodoo magic is this? LOL
No, but seriously, this really works for me.
I went through several videos trying to find a technique that would really help me out and lo and behold, I came across this video and I am elated because now I know I’m on the path to recovery which means I can work out sooner. I’ll be able to reach my goals.

I am so excited to have found your tapes - referred from an email I got from "Brenda" from the Paleo Secret (I just went and read she is your wife) - These are awesome videos for my shoulders - I do tend to have the rounded forward shoulder from heredity but also I broke my shoulder 3 yrs ago. I was working outside just yesterday and felt that "rolling/clicking" sensation in my shoulder that was broken - just went through your "fix" and identifying routine and am encouraged that I'm able to pull out that sensation. I'm going to definitely use your techniques! Thanks so much - I just need to get time to figure out the Paleo info and will. I'm going to study your sitting solutions.com - especially if you have anything on foot pain-I'm a senior (63) so am encouraged to find something like your videos - especially on the alternatives for using your foam roller to open up my chest and stretch the shoulders - the weakest part of my body (I am not an athlete but I am physically active. Thanks man I tweaked something in my right shoulder yesterday at the gym doing incline bench it's a minor tweak because I am able to move it half range motion right round and those standing arm kickback exercises are a big help. My left shoulder gave me grief on and off for years motorcycle. Also that twist in the press up felt good in my pecks I managed one lady's one on my knees but that will soon change to 4 or 5 sets of 25 once again much thanks and have a good day.

When I read the comment by Mike, who said he did the backswing exercise and his condition was 90+better, I thought yeh, yeh ! Well, I've had this pain on the rotator cuff for months and tried heat and cold treatments, but it's only got marginally better. So I tried the exercises in this vid. OMG[in Mike's words], in a matter of seconds I could feel the benefits. Over the months I tried various exercises but nothing really helped. It's UNBELIEVABLE how well these simple exercises have worked for me ! They work like magic. I can't thank this person enough for the upload and educating people to do the right type of exercises. I feel well on the way to recovery now. Thanks again.
