    Thank you so much for the video. I have been disabled since the 80s from a helio crash in the army. 38yrs of pain killers (morphine ) cause severe constipation your video is great I do it daily now and have almost No trouble or Pain. Manual manipulation is Awesome you can feel it inside moving hard spots away and getting things Going!

    Yes thank u only about 5 days doing these exercises and now it is working. The relief. I was doing other exercises also and it wasn't too bad but with these exercises there is no constipation just natural. Thank you so much 😊 keep up the good work

    To relieve constipation: 1) drink aloe vera juice, made from the whole aloe vera leaf. 2) first thing in the morning drink a cup of hot water and freshly squeezed lemon. 3) eat a handful of prunes and wash it all down with a tall glass of spring water or mineral water. Make this a morning routine and digestive health will improve and there will be no more issue of constipation, EVER.
    PS: snack on dates, these little gems are full of all the minerals, vitamins and antioxidents that the body needs.

      No I don't. But if you are suffering any constipation issues you may want to add diatomaceous earth and moringa to your diet. The diatomaceous earth scubbs the colon wall like a brush and the moringa sweeps everything out and leaves you with a super clean colon and absolutely no bathroom smells. Moringa is a supplement with many health benefits, takes the place of many vitiamins and minerals. It is also the most potent laxative on earth. Do a little research into these two very inexpensive items, you will be glad you did. Your body will thank you. Since discovering these two supplements, sold on amazon or any health food store, I don't need the prunes or aloe vera to keep regular.

    wow i just tried this, i've been constipated for a week, sorry if this is tmi, but i just laid down and did the stomach massage for the first time ever, and it feels like i have rocks on the left side of my abdomen, and all throughout my entire stomach, i didnt realize how constipated i really am, but i think it's working, i am starting to feel movement for the first time in a week, I think I really need to change my diet, thanks for this advice

    Thank you, I do have SIBO and constipation, self massage is very helpful, I am incorporating this routine in my morning exercises, before breakfast, I do Qi Quong so I know that this is good for my overall health.

    u both are amazing n its seems like u guys work well together. both of u looks great n your husband seems like a nice corporative guy with doing all the movement nice n patiently. again thank u both a lot. because I am have a lots of bowel problems with constipation, so I am going to try these movements to see how it is going to help me. . plus I took milk of magnesium n is still not working, but I am planning to go n see stomach specialist n I know they want to do endoscopy which I'm scared of or all scope down or whatever u called it. but I am so scared.
    but thanks again. I even started doing your massage stomach exercise n I can see my stomach is moving already thanks

    Honestly, you don't need all that! If you're sitting on the pot and it won't come out, rock forwards and backwards, all the way down, and all the way up, maintaining a steady (but not excessive) pressure like you're pushing it out normally, for about 2 - 3 minutes, and you'll inch that turd right out of you. The body will kick in when it's 75% on its way, and blissful relief will follow!

      I had sever hemorrhoids. And my doctor recommended me surgery. I made my mind to go for it. My Surgery involves cutting away a 2 cm strip of the lining of the rectum and joining the cut edges with a special stapler. In beginning it seem to recover quickly. But after sometime my problem start raising his head. I get too much terrified and don’t want to go for the painful surgery again.     I watched a vid bfor this one.. & they said massaging from the right to left in cirlcles (clockwise) is the natural way it goes so need to massage that way...

    For spiral squats, are there any adaptations when first starting/building lower body strength to avoid issues with knees? Is it okay to not go to the ground with the twisted knee? I'm finding moving from the twisted knee, down to the ground and then open difficult. These are great, BTW. Thank you!

    it took a couple of days but I think this exercises worked. one morning after drinking some chamomile tea I was able to go to the bathroom.

    I am. Not able to get on my knees for the compressions which are done on the knees . Any suggestions for how to modify this exercise without putting pressure on knees that cannot tolerate it? Martha

      Just wonderful, been searching for "www.constipation.com" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Qaneah Neynna Takeover - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my neighbour got cool success with it.

    how I'm suppose to do this when I'm constipated... this will only create more air and pressure discomfort in my stomach ..I have to lay down to relax my stomach is my only way or taking a laxative in my butt...I hope ur videos help other people tough
