m 20 years old with a habit of sitting with a slouched posture and these exercises have helped me a lot made my bones and my muscles stronger. It also helped me to loose a lot of weight since these exercises are wasy to follow and require almost no equipment. Your videos are amazing Chad. Thankyou so much 😊

Love this Chad + all your other vids, I've got some joint issues and weights are out the window now. So doing these exercises are great for me, especially my job it's carrying awkward equipment up and down stairs uneven. So I'm getting more into posture moves and stretching and using bands. Thanks chad you've helped so much.

This is very very helpful like all other videos you've made. Thank you very much for sharing. Can you do a longer video for people with limited range of motion who want to increase flexibility and ROM? My spine is as stiff as an iron bar :) I went to your website to buy your program but didn't know what to expect. It would be very cool if you make a ful length video about flexibility/ROB and daily exercise. Thank you again.

Very cool, I would love to understand better how to do the upper back extension with the chin wiggle, and the lunging hip extension with the knee circle?? And their origins, like where you discovered these? Thanks so much for the vid!!!

Shelley Quinn ...thanks! I will make a video that will go into more detail about the warmup;) It's a mix of many different influences I've picked up over the years as a physical therapist, athlete and coach.
