Fuel line is clocked forward and rubs on the tube body structure. When body is lowered you can see the interference shove the line back. Poor plumbing equals leaks, pinched supply lines (lean condition if fuel supply as in this case) and other “Gremlins”!
started with a drill interesting btw I made a fictional diesel engine with a blower way bigger than that one (it uses a series A1 blower from a Thunderbolt air raid siren)

It says in the description it sucked in a bolt that hung a valve open. Doesnt look like that line is pinched.
