Is there a way to stop the autoreply if I then engage with the external messenger? I wouldn't want them to receive this autoreply after every email to me. Something like 'if external email is the first from sender within 3 days, send auto reply'
Hello Jade, Sorry to tell you that there is no method to achieve your goal. So once the auto-reply rule is enabled, Outlook will reply to all incoming emails from outside organizations automatically. Have a nice day. Sincerely, Mandy

Hello friend, Glad to help. To delete the auto-reply rule, just click Rules > Manage Rules & Alerts on the Home tab to open the Rules and Alerts window, then select the rule you want to delete and click the Delete button. Finally, click OK to save the changes.
@@ExtendOffice99 hi its not working. There is no auto-reply rule on my rules and alert window. I can only see other rules I made like organizing my folder. Can I just delete the template that I saved?

Instead of using oft template message, you can use ""have server reply using a specific message"in step 1 action.
