Thanks for very useful tip. Also, you can increase likelihood of subject lines matching your rule by strategically publishing email links with the subject line already defined.
I'd set the rule to reply to the subject of the email you send originally. Chances are they'll reply to that first. Then an extra rule to put those replies in a specific folder to review later
It was entairning and helpful.
Can you do this with an email alias?
This is super clear and helpful! Two questions: first, can you have the auto-reply go to all on the email (Reply All; second, how do you turn the functionality off (or delete or edit the template)? Thank you!!
how about for a specific email address and not a subject line?
Great video and so useful!! When I tried to retrieve my template that had attachments, I got an error message saying "the attempted operation failed. item not found". Then I noticed that it actually opened in my Drafts folder. What did I do wrong?
Great. Is there any option to respond to email sent to us with a reply using template.
Thank you
is there way to highlight the replies sent via using a template in the sent folder - please advise
I have followed all steps however won't work been doing it since 10am and its 4pm and I had help my friend cant get it right. wecan figure the issue:(
This process shows how to create a client-side rule, which will only function when the Outlook app is open on that client-computer. If Outlook is closed it's not going to send the auto-response.
Do you know how to create a server based rule for this?
but how do you simply omit co-workers and people within the company so that they don't get any message??? why is this so hard!
Does that work for the groups ? Let say someone is sending you a message that will be stored in one of your groups. Does it work the same?
does anyone know what software he is working on in this video ?
how can I activate my automatic reply only on Wednesdays?
For some reason I cannot get this to reply to multiple e-mails from the same sender. If anyone has an Idea that would be great!
