There is no direct way to have recurring Automatic Replies.
However, you can easily create a Power Automate flow to manage this.

Is there a way to send replies once to each sender so they don't receive replies for every email sent?

Hi @ChiChi-hu3zx
No such setting available.
However, while composing the mail the sender can see that you are Out of Office.
That way, they can remove you from mails while you are away.

Yes. You can create a rule. However, auto-forwarding all incoming mails to team members is not a good idea.
