Awesome. Just realized after you save it as a template you can go to the outlook on taskbar and look for recent and then pin the template. I would of never figured this out without this video, thanks a bunch.
The joys of RUclips and fantastic tutorials. Very useful :)
Man, you are my savior! You cant imagine the time this will save me!
Fantastic. I'm going back to the start and watching step-by-step. Thanks for your no-nonsense brevity and clarity!
OK...now that I'm muddling through, I'm using a Mac, and my 16.59 version of Outlook actually has a "save as template" item on the menu. I don't get a URL the way you do. Do you have a Mac version and/or a more recent update on this tutorial?
I wish all people uploading videos would give straight forward content! Brilliant...thank you.

If I could click "like" more than once, I'd click it 100 times! This tip is exactly what I was looking for.
Awesome!
Thank you soooo much. I have been looking for a way to shortcut to my templates for ages and never worked out how. This has been brilliant.
Perfectly explained, avoiding unnecessary details. It was exactly what I was looking for. Many thanks!
Thanks Neil. This has saved me so much time. Lifesaver.
Brilliant. I’ve used this many times now. A timesaver & you’ll never lose the original text.
Such a simple task that should be native in Outlook. Thanks for posting.
Excellent TIP! I figured out that you can also save the template to a folder on your desktop which lets you just double click on the template and immediately open the template email.
This made it so easy! Thank you! I was trying all sorts of things before this. Outstanding work, sir!
very nice. I send this video to all new employees
Thank you! This will make my job so much easier.
This is ingenious!
This will greatly help me; especially since they keep removing features from templates with newer versions.
FANTASTIC - Thank you so much. Subject lines are so important, but so frequently abused with no, not enough or unrelated info. Subject lines are critical for the receiver to have immediate context and reason to open, not to mention being able to quickly scan.
This is of so much help!! Many times I stopped using the templates for this exact reason, to many steps to get to them. Easier to copy paste. Now this will definitely save up lots of time. Thanks for sharing and the great explanation!!
Perfect, the best video to make a cumbersome process easy! Thank you.
Neil terrific tutorial. You are methodical, easy to follow, and I had no problems following along. Thanks again!
great job explaining & demonstrating from the perspective of a new, real world user
Excellent just what I needed step by step and your smooth voice kept me calm ..Thank you x
Thank you so much! I have been spending some time trying to figure out an easier way to access my template!

OMG you will make me look like a STAR amongst my work colleagues :) thanks heaps
Thanks a lot Neil this video this makes things smooth.
Odd that MS made it difficult to access templates. It's so much easier in Thunderbird, but I abandoned T-Bird for many reasons and find Outlook much more useful. These days, with Win10 at least, when you right-click on the taskbar icon for Outlook it shows whatever templates you ever used so you don't have to move them there. Thanks for the tip!!
Thanks for the pinning advice! It makes templates practical
Very much appreciated! Time saver for sure
Thank you! I've watched this video several times because I rarely create email templates and can't remember the process after some months or a year.... :P

Genius!
But I still can't understand why Microsoft makes it so painful to use templates. It baffles the mind.
I remember using templates in Lotus Notes decades ago and it was so easy. It has only been lately when I've considered using templates in Outlook to discover actually copying from old emails is often easier.😂
Thank you, this is great
Thank you very much for this sir! It was very helpful and convenient!

Thank You so much!!!!!! It helps me a lot.
❤❤❤❤❤
Fantastic! That is really helpful
You explained it very good. THX a lot
Thanks for the video! I want to use it for my weekly task, where I send out 15 emails to different distribution lists. I think pinning 15 templates makes no sens, right? What would you recommend in my case?
This is fine and all, but there are way better ways to do this. I set a quick step that will open a new message (you can customize the CC and subject in this, like yours). Then I use a created signature that will enter in the info that I want. Just like your template does. I have a standard email I send out every time someone requests information. Just hit that signature button and away you go. Granted, it does not automatically add the attachment like the template. However, I never know what info I'll need to be sending (real estate), so that isn't necessary for me. I also created a signature block to mimic a phone message pad so I can email them to my agents instead of wasting paper.
Just offering another option.
Does the quick step allow attachments?
Thank you so much! This was so easy to follow and understand. I've been dreading creating these for my job because every other youtube video was to fast and confusing. Do you know if there is a way to group a bunch of templates together and send them to other colleagues to use? I have to create a handful or more for my department and wasn't sure if this is something I have to go to each computer and do or not. Again thank you for your amazing tutorial.
This was sooooo helpful, thank you!
you saved my day
That's so helpful, thank you so much!
Do you know if this can be applied to the latest version of Outlook? It is not working for me, so maybe there is a trick to get it to apply to the newest version?
This is great. Is there a way to SHARE these templates across team members? Example - create a template and more than 1 person can use it in our company?
Thank you so much you are awesome that was really amazing 😍😍😍 keep it up😍
