I just got off my treadmill after doing a combination of 45 minutes of incline walking, and sprint intervals. I added this in right after, and it really ended up being a perfect morning addition before I headed off to work. I’d love to see more of these videos i.e. 10-15 minute lower body, or upper body, or even full body, in addition to abs, glutes, etc…. Thanks Kaleigh!!! ❤️❤️❤️👏👏👏
I LOVED this workout. As someone who suffers from vestibular problems, this is exactly what I've been looking for since laying supine makes me dizzy. The pace is just right, the exercises are challenging and your instructions are clear. Plus as always, your enthusiasm and joy in working out is quite infectious. ❤
Had a whole morning of Kaleigh workouts! Started with the 10 minute tabata no equipment workout as a warm up followed by this mornings sweet summer sweat 20 minute full body resistance training and finished with this followed by the new 15 minute full body stretch. I. FEEL. AMAZING!! thank you!

I love standing g abs because it really lets me focus on the mind muscle connection…I can focus on initiating movement from the core and then tighten and squeeze as the leg gets involved🩵 thanks KC🔥💪🏻🩵🥰
This was great as I find when I do abs on the floor it does put some strain on the neck no matter how hard I try. I'm going to do these standing abs every day as an add on! Thank you xo

This was great! But I must be doing something wrong, because anytime I do standing abs, I never feel anything in my core. The only thing that is sore afterwards is my arms, ha.
Whenever I do this workout.. I wonder if it’s an arms workout or abs workout.. I totally feel more in the arms and shoulders.. am I doing something wrong?

Me too? I’m trying to find an exercises that are convenient to do in a dorm but maybe standing ab exercises are too good to be true
@@kiki-qp7jx leansquad has some great exercises that you can do in your dorm. But some of the standing abs he does involves running on the spot.
