If you had said butter churned from milk of grass fed cows, it would have made sense because those vitamins are fat soluble vitamins and work faster and better with healthy fats. Or if you had mentioned olive oil instead of margarine, you would have still made sense.

Which vitamin E, Tocotrienols or tocopherols ?
Natural mixed tocopherols are closest to natural whole food source vitamin E.
Only supplement tocotrienols. See research by Barrie Tan
