    B3, C, K & E - this video is useful as long as you ignore the margarine and seed oil advice, both of these things increase overall inflammation in the body.

      A century ago, we were not eating seed oils a d heart disease was virtually nonexistent. It was only after that we started eating seed oils that heart disease skyrocketed. Enough said.

      Seed oils are NOT healthy, also margarine those are man made and not good for the body. I took the advice to eat like my great grandparents used to eat.

      @@sweetrosehoney1184 Can get enough B3 from food - almost all meats, tuna, salmon, whole grains, avocado and mushrooms. It is also known as Niacin and most multivit supplements have it in 🙂

      Really, butter clogs arteries as well as mucous membranes. Dairy and flesh eating are one of the leading causes of heart disease and cancer. Not to mention the suffering factory farming causes animals, but I’m not sure that would matter to you!

    If you had said butter churned from milk of grass fed cows, it would have made sense because those vitamins are fat soluble vitamins and work faster and better with healthy fats. Or if you had mentioned olive oil instead of margarine, you would have still made sense.

    Right, they say that for adult 2 liters water is Necessary, some say 2-3 liters, but in video.... too water 💦 is harmful.

    Vitamin C is also available in meat, and although in lesser amounts 1) is not needed as an antioxidant so much due to little to no inflammations caused by meat compared to oxylate ridden plants and 2) is BIO-AVAILABLE, ie it is just absorbed easier than much of the Vitamin C contained in plants

      First check with your GP, 2 × tsp extra virgin olive oil, 1× tsp lemon juice, 1 x quarter tsp ceyenne pepper (500mg) 1 × clove of garlic, chopped and leave to rest for at least 10 minutes, add water mix and consume, I also take a K2 capsule, God Bless ❤️🙏🏻

    Most people are allergic to corn and wheat, but don't realize it. Do yourself a big favor... eliminate all corn (especially High Fructose Corn Syrup) and wheat products from your diet and you will feel much, much better and your body will thank you for it. And yes, limit your sugar intake! And of course, exercise when you are able and do it regularly. You can do it!

    everything else made sense but getting vitamin E from corn or sun flower seeds oils?? and not even worth mentioning olive oil in a podcast where it is about heart health and good circulation? Vitamin E exists a lot on foods like grass fed butter, almonds and quality olive oil mister.

    Stay away from most seed oil. I do not eat fortified wheat products. There’s an old saying if man made it don’t eat it. Also, did I hear him say margarine which isn’t even a real food is good until this point.

    This video at the end said "consume vegetable oils", "corn oils", "sunflower oil", these are the worse things you can eat, part of the list of the hateful eight oils (seed oils) to avoid, especially vegetable oil. See the book: "dark calories" by Dr. Cate Shanahan for what these oils do to our body.

      Natural mixed tocopherols are closest to natural whole food source vitamin E.
