When you adjusted the chairs at the very end of the video to face the front door, that said so much to me. That’s what every business person should be doing. Taking that little extra bit of care that the customer may never ever notice so that there experience is that much more perfect and seamlessly transitioned. Glad all is well, Chris. Keep moving man.
Moved to the Bay Area as the pandemic hit, visited the Swift location once and it instantly became my favorite coffee shop. I drive there almost every single weekend from Santa Clara and it’s worth every minute of traffic back and forth. You guys really have an amazing energy and a vibe that is unmatched in other coffee shops and it’s what makes Cat & Cloud special. Can’t wait to see you grow even more, congrats! 🎉

Great to see this "update"! Started a coffee shop chain here in Southern Brazil around the same time Cat and Cloud was growing! Watched your channel and used them to help train my Barista. It´s great to have someone to refer to with the same growing pains and success in this coffee business! Inspiration to us all! Thanks!

Congratulations! I’ve loved watching you grow while staying true to the C&C vibe that makes you so special. I love that each shop has similar offerings but they’re different enough to make them special. Avocado toast toppings for example are different in Aptos than they are from the westside. LOVE Nicole’s kitchen creations! And the bag art cracks me up.😸
