This yoga video is a 45-minute vinyasa yoga class for strong beginners & intermediate students. In this yoga flow practice, we work on total body strength and flexibility. We start in mountain pose, flow through a standing sequence, and practice our seated and supine poses & stretches. We end with a few minutes of Savasana (with soft background music) and close the practice together.

Your reminders of 'listen to your body' are so very beneficial, as I am a 73 year old woman with several issues through my lifetime of shoulders, wrists, ankles and hips. I have trouble crossing my legs when you do sitting position my left hips hurts me so can I do something else

I did yoga for four years. Loved the practice and but hated how pretentious the yoga community is.
Have you ever played a joke on your husband, like calmly instructing him through some crazy moves like twister? 🤭
