  • Hello friends welcome back to my channel physiopoint , i am dr.sunil tank consultant sports physiotherapist.Today we are going to talk about Hunchback posture which is also known as Upper cross syndrome or hyper kyphotic (thoracic kyphosis) posture .In this poor posture condition there is some changes in our body posture like ( hunchback posture,Rounded shoulder,forward head posture),major causes of Poor Posture is using smartphones for long time in wrong posture and sitting in poor posture more than 8 to 10 hours and due to sedentary life style and lack of exercises our muscle become weak and tight ,due to this muscular imbalance we develop Posture problem.
    In this video I am going to show you some best corrective exercises and stretches for your hunchback posture or upper cross syndrome, by performing this exercises and stretches you can fix your poor posture problem .
