M&S I gotta really thank you guys for these videos. As someone who’s lifted for a long time, I never understood dieting. After two months of watching your videos, I’ve educated myself enough to properly meal plan, prep, and track my macros and the changes I’ve seen in a month are crazy! Thank you for the variety of videos you post as well, I try to learn one thing from every video I’ve watched and can say I have learned a whole lot. Again thanks for the variety between lean cutting and bulking and the different weights of people which has really helped out putting dieting into perspective for me to get into that next of being jacked.

The steak-and-granola breakfast raises a question that I’ve had for a while: do big guys not handle dairy well? Milk or yogurt seem like a natural accompaniment to cereals, probably less filling than meat if that’s a concern, and about as high-quality as whole food proteins get. So why do I basically never see them in these videos?
Most people can't handle large amounts of dairy, especially milk. If you eat a lot and similar stuff all the time then alternatives are just the more reasonable choice.
