      @@BaconIsNotBiceps male bison weight somewhere between 880 to 2800lbs and you get around 60% meat off their hanging weight. So even at the lower thats around 300lbs of meat per Bison.

    I just want to point out that, according to the AZA Nutrition Advisory Group, the recommended amount of calories for an adult male tiger in captivity is about 6300 kcal. Meaning, yes, Brian is literally eating more than a tiger.

    The first video I ever saw of Brian was an old "Day of eating" video. I've stuck around ever since, because he was so inspirational. I started going to the gym in 2022 and lost 50 lbs in a year and also started building muscle. Thanks for reminding us to Be Great, it really helped me out.

      Lol I had the opposite weight issue. I started watching him around 2019 and started working out around the same time. Ive gained almost 50lbs since then (of mostly muscle). Seeing how this guy eats always inspires me.

      What he has taught people on how to take care of your body is giving it what it needs to build and endure... ever since watching him a few years ago he's changed my eating habits. Sure I gained 10-15 lbs but just feel stronger ever since.

      @@tiagomota4734For “hard gainers” or people with less appetite getting into body building/powerlifting and working out. It’s not easy working your way up to 4000cal a day when your whole diet must be clean. You dont just jump to 10000 calories a day obviously LOL. But I’ve definitely hit a few walls where I’ve been 600 calories under my daily goal tired from school and work and then remember that this guy has to eat more than double what I do. Seriously a real dedicated bodybuilder or advanced lifter knows eating is more than 50% of the work. Arnold himself always claimed his biggest issue was too little appetite

      Yeah pot fillers are super popular. Im an architect and pretty much every residential home we do has one now, even the small ones. Its just so convenient to have it right there where you need it. You can have one retrofitted into your kitchen, and its even easier if you have a waterline already on that wall, from a fridge or sink.

      @@tiagomota4734 no extreme-sport is healthy. wether its bodybuilding, cycling, or swimming. Extremes are always bad for your health. But there are of course sports which are healthier then others.
      As soon as big money and big sponsors are involved, nothing is left to chance... better, stronger, faster. PEDs are a neccessity.

    Seeing you brought up time constraints I'm curious, have you ever considered making some of these meals together in bulk? General consensus seems to be the food is good for 3-5 days depending on the dishes for uncompromised nutrition
    Only major snag is repeated meals when you might want variety to stay motivated on eating

    I had a bariatric sleeve and Brian has helped with my strength training. I love how I eat right now around 1700 calories a day in order to drop my weight. He literally when training eats in a meal what i do in a day. 😂

    Thanks Bryan, funny enough as you uploaded this. My mum baked me a blueberry cheesecake. She always does this for me when I’m depleted from training and really need additional calories on top of the diet. Always reminds me of you 😊🍰

      Well yea nobody is saying it's an easy task but for what he eats it's the equivalent for his body size compared to what a bodybuilder eats for their size including his digestive system and extra large plumbing installed lol I didn't disagree on his dedication he's definitely out there doing it and being a highly positive motivator.

    I like these vids of yurs, because it gets my metabolism goin sometines i wouldnt wanna put anything in my stomache, but these videos help encourage and says, hey people shouldnt go a day without chowin down and this shows a lot that putting something in our stomaches gets us through the day :)

      Yeah. Meal 5 was a whole day's eating for me. Brian is 2 & a half times my weight but eats 4 times as much as me, it's like the Square-cube law.

    Yo B you make all that look so easy but it’s true to be big and strong you got to get the meals in on a side note you are definitely my favorite strong man in the world. You’re so down to earth and humbling and just real and not fake and a lot of the other ones are the opposite. Anyway I was thinking of something while I was watching your video and it made me laugh a lot I want your videos you went, and you met the bodybuilder guy I forget his name and you were getting ready to train with him and you’re used to lifting weights. You got to always chalk up but the bodybuilders don’t do that and you were telling him it’s not my brand chlk but it’s good he was like no I don’t need any chalk and then you’re like yeah it’s not my chlk but it’s good chalk. .I died laughing 😂 the bodybuilder dude was like OK I guess I’ll take a little bit and he put like one single piece of residue in the middle of his hand 🎉

    Bison meat is amazing. Very underrated move. I started cooking bison with my meals instead of beef. There's a reason people have hunted their bigger brother, the buffalo, for thousands of years. Maybe Im just crazy but I feel like it gives me more energy over eating even the best of the best top shelf organic grass fed beef.

    I understand how expensive this lifestyle can get! My two boys are 21 and 17. I’m 53 and we all love chicken, beef, bison, and pork. As well as the occasional salmon too! I used to eat like this in the Marine Corps as a scout swimmer instructor and it still wasn’t enough. Of course, the quality wasn’t near as good as your food Brian!

    For those that have never weight trained, its worth keeping in mind that eating like this is just as much mental as physical.
    A lot of times, eating in this quantity, one tends to eat a lot of the same things. It's consistent and there are no variables. You measure it out and you know exactly what you get. Doing this gets your calories and macros but DAYUM its hard to eat the same 7 or 8 things, day in and day out. It becomes a mental game of NOT throwing up when you smell that thing you have eaten every day for a week.
    No, not everyone does that. Some folks want the variety and spend more time measuring and dialing into the macros. And thats great.
    But for those that dont have the time or desire to do it, it can be a slog.
