    A review of the X1C would be nice. especially from someone who is making actual parts not just trinkets

      A review would be great. Including the AMS, and how you think the X1C would compare to the new P1S for your use cases would be nice as well.

    Just fixed my Artillery. Except it wasnt just in time, it was the moring after my competition that I finaly fixed it.💀 Showed up without a bot. Manufacturer put a stepper driver on with hot glue and gave it a spotty connection.

    I had this exact same issue with mine. I thought I was screwed so I ordered a new extruder. Needed my printer for selling parts, so I ended up doing the exact same thing with an additional step of trimming the plastic down so it isn't a 90degree angle that it hits, but an angle so it 'slides' into it's groove. Too much play in the arm imo. No problems since and now I have an extra extruder just in case!

      Glad to hear! It seems odd that there is a right angle there, beveling it is a good idea

    I have had several of these jams like this one, and one broke a small piece of plastic around where the filament feeds thru. I now have replaced the extruder and have 2 extras haha.

    I do generally enjoy your vids, but I can't help feeling they would be better without the cheezy "elevator muzak" in the background. Especially when you're trying to explain something.

      Noted. I get mixed opinions on the music, I find engagement really drops off during sections with no sound so having music at least then helps.

      I like music as long as it's chill and not too distractive. Jeremy Blake has good beats and the tracks can be found in youtube audio library. I found the artist through a 3d printed parts assembly video.

      I'm a music snob and the music doesn't bother me here. It is what it is. Yes, silence would be bad.

      One more thought to add. I think it's great when creators concentrate on the important stuff. I'm not here for the music, so anything works.

    Wow you went through a lot here. What do you think caused this? Is it the nozzle cleaner filament that you put in or cheap filament with bad diameters or just one of the things that happened with time? I do have an x1c so this will be super valuable for me!

    • @JustCuzRobotics
      @JustCuzRobotics  Год назад +1

      Good question. I believe this clog happened with a fairly soft durameter TPU and probably happened because when the filament sensor broke I was seeing it not detect it, and was forcing the filament in trying to get it to come out of the nozzle. So probably the clog happened due to the sensor failure. I haven't had another issue since with another 100hrs of printing.

    A review would be awesome. I got the feeling that many of the reviews out there are kinda biased. And I am sure, you’ll provide a honest review from a practioners viewpoint.

    What is that black print bed? Looks cool!

    • @JustCuzRobotics
      @JustCuzRobotics  Год назад +2

      That's a PEX coated bed from Aliexpress. It's PEX black pattern on one side and gold textured PEI on the other! Works quite well for PLA and PETG and many other materials. I tell the machine the PEX side is the high temp plate.

    These clogs happen extremely often with the bambu printers. It is extremely frustrating and a waste of time although the paid to pump fanboys might disagree

    • @JustCuzRobotics
      @JustCuzRobotics  Год назад

      I have not had more than 2 clogs in 1140+ print hours, I think it is probably more common with PLA than anything if you don't manage the internal temp well and cause heat creep. The first clog I had was my fault for not properly cleaning the 0.4mm nozzle after switching back and forth with CF Nylon which the manual is pretty clear you should do but I am too lazy to do. Switching to the 0.6mm pretty much eliminated that problem.
