One thing I have looked into for consistency is self discipline. it goes along with what you are saying but it is a skill aquired as well start small and show up to the things you want to achieve. Missing one day is one thing missing more is habitat forming but recognize that and like you said don't beat yourself up and get back to your path.
Absolutely. Self discipline and consistency go hand in hand. As you said, its a skill that needs to be developed with time and strategy. If you want to succeed in anything, you have to make self discipline an ingrained pattern in your psychology. Starting small and with trivial things makes it easier to build this pattern. As your self discipline grows in smaller areas of your life, it will start to influence and reflect in more important areas as well. For example if you discipline yourself to sleep on time or eat within limits, you'll gain a level of control and trust over yourself which will eventually grow towards your personal and professional life.
I’ve watched numerous videos on this topic from a lot of self proclaimed individuals and it’s always the diamond in the rough that connects to me. Thank you 🙏🏽 so much you’ve helped me gain a realistic perspective
This video was something that I needed EXTREMELY. I'm so glad that I can come back to this whenever I need a reminder. Thank you so much for taking the time to create this video. You just changed my life for the better
İt has been my pleasure! I'm really glad that this video has benefitted you. You might also want to check out the recent short video İ made about why you shouldn't set New Year's Resolution, and what you should do instead :)
Your voice is soothing and I can concentrate and understand all you are saying.Iam taking in the content and thanks for this video!you are helpful!good job!
Thanks for Sharing! Learn to say NO to less important tasks which consumes (actually wastes) most of the time is something i'll take up from these steps for sure when priority tasks are already lined up & looking up to me👍
Super helpful and much needed. I wonder we find a stupid video a million of views and such a meaningful video like this has lesser. It deserves huge appreciation 👏🏻
Excellent video!!! The bits about energy use is essential! I think so many people are low level chronically burnt out they forget what it is like to have normal energy levels! They get addicted to coffee and and have sleep problems which creates a frustrating cycle that takes time and more frustration to undo that which was set in motion a long time ago!
Absolutely agreed! Such an important point. So many of us never realize how we are creating more and more problems for ourselves by not paying attention and giving time to our wellbeing and recovery. The lack of vibrant energy, burnout, and frustration often costs us our health and relationships in the long run. It is especially important in today's fast paced age of information-overload, to periodically step back and catch a breath, allowing ourselves time to ponder and reflect over our lifestyle and choices. Thanks for the valuable addition! 😊
very informative man. 2nd principle helped me. i am not consistant to a single thing. i often try to drink whole sea at once. and at the end of the day. i blame myself. but i need to pick one thing. give my full 100% and let that thing become natural inside me. Really Really Nice tip Man (Y)
SUMMARY :) 1) commit only if you really want to do it. :find your why? 2)focus on one main thing at a time : just focus on one habit. 3) don't complicate things : when starting don't go on every tiny details, first start everything will come in right place at right time 4) choose efficiency over creativity (where needed) 5) avoid paralysis by analysis: stop over analysing and over thinking 6) set realistic goals and expectations. 7) pace yourself to avoid burnout. : work hard but do have some time to relax, breathe and enjoy. 8) value progress over perfection: All or nothing mindset is not productive 9) learn to say NO 10) forgive yourself for not being consistent enough
Thank you sooooo much for this video. This is the first time I encountered your channel however most probably wont be the last. Thanks for the genuine advice
Many many thanks for this great, clear and efficient video which goes deep in consistency concepts. It gives really nice solutions to become more and more consistent day after day !! I feel more confident regarding my ability to stop being so inconsistent now. Thank you Ahmed 🙏
My pleasure! I'm really glad it benefitted you :) We all are going through a life long journey of learning and improving our habits, so if you ever find yourself inconsistent at something, its alright, sometimes our mind and body just needs a little break. You can always take feedback from previous experience and return to it with renewed spirit! ✨
This is well explained about being consistent, I love how it was presented and it's very encouraging. Thank you and I love the content of your video including the animations and the use of colours. Your channel is awesome. Happy new year 💯💯
Thank you for a great content. 👌All points were of so much value and the one that jumped out for me was keeping things simple. I do tend to overcomplicate trying to be perfect in my head, and just don't get to it, maybe because am already overwhelmed. Simply getting started is less pressure. 😀 Thank you..
My pleasure! Welcome to the channel ✨ Absolutely, the most important step is to just get started. Once we get into a habit of doing something consistently, we can make improvements along the way as we learn and grow through the experiences we gain. We just have to reminder ourselves that "hey, I'm only human, and it's okay for me to not be perfect and make mistakes, that's how I'll learn and grow."
I like it to. I think if you’re two stick to two or 3 choose one which will be your priority. Say studying and working out, if studying is the most important make sure you keep the consistent until you upgrade to the next task. Meaning, you can skip working out but never studying until you master then move on to working out.
I think you missed one. No. 10 was "Forgive yourself for not being Consistent enough" i.e. don't stay stuck on the setback and beat yourself up for falling off the track. Happens to all of us at some point. Just continue where you left off and don't overthink or doubt your ability to continue. Not sure if this was the point you missed or some other in between. Someone else has summarized all the point in the comments. Do look it up.
Been working on the next batch of videos for the past 6 months. Will be releasing them soon. Making animated videos is not an easy task you know :) especially while trying to manage it along with other projects. Stay tuned!
People are so quick to call someone out and make negative assumptions. I have had multiple health issues in the past 7-8 months plus some other things going on in life, so I intentionally took a break from this channel for a while. This Channel is essentially a supplement to the Online Life Guide Blog where you will find more in-depth guides published REGULARLY. These videos are just some snippets of the far more in-depth content published on the site.
Thank you for the reminder, but how do you know I'm inconsistent? I run a blog, and have been posting tons of content there. This channel was meant as a supplementary thing to the blog. And this isn't even my main project, been focusing a lot of time on couple other projects for quite a while now💁🏻 Instead of pointing fingers, why not ask if the person is still alive or okay in life... Just saying, there could be a ton of possibilities. But if we have a negative thinking mindset, we'll only assume negative things about people. Something to reflect and ponder over.
Thanks for watching! Let me know in the comments which of the points you found most useful and relatable. Also, make sure to subscribe and turn the notification bell ON to get all future uploads :)
godlike video
Forgiving ourselves ❤️
The thing that determines your consistency is not that how perfect you follow through but how fast you come back to your commitment😍
Yess! 🙌🏻
Yah catch that wagon quick❤

Sometimes the consistent will be attacked by depression, calm down and think to fix the consistent.
Thanks 🌹
My pleasure ✨
I like "sticking to 1 habit @ a time".
I like it to. I think if you’re two stick to two or 3 choose one which will be your priority. This video is actually good.

Discipline > motivation
Absolutely. Motivation is required to get you started, but its discipline/habits that keep you consistent on the journey.
These are the things we should be taught in school
Amen! I too believe that a lot things related to psychology, self management, and life skills should be a major part of curriculum in schools.
Gr8..
where is the 10Th principle? Ive only list down 9
I think you missed one.

And again you are inconsistent from 1 year I am just reminding you 👣
