I just couldn’t do that. It looks too ghetto. But great video and well explained process.

Hi, thanks for watching and for the kind comment!
Yes, your right, it's not a pretty solution but if you have lots of potholes like we do and want to save your hubcaps, it's effective.

Best video on RUclips. I watched almost all of them.

    2. Effective
    3. Fail proof
    God Bless.

I did as you said thieves cut the zip ties and took them. Potholes aren’t even the issues no more, humans are. 😑

I see a lot people use zip ties but its no need it.Most of these covers have 2 stands lose and tight but if both are not works u can adjust the ring.

How about using electrical tape. Wrap it around the circular wire a few times before installing. Keeps it pretty tight and it isn't visible. Much better look than Zip Ties. Zip Ties call attention to the caps and that's why they get stolen

Some people are now using metal zip ties. Does hubcaps affect the wheel balance ?

Thanks but wouldn’t that be an issue when it’s time for the mechanic to rotate the tires?

Lol yeah I'm not doing that. I'd rather lose one and replace it.
