Rep's shipping is not free, it's built into the price. If you look into the cart and make it to the (shipping or pick-up) options , there is a considerable price difference...

Excellent point, that is what we worked to explain in the video - but the example of the cart is a perfect one that shows how cost is built into price.
We can thank Amazon and other companies for the idea of ‘free shipping’… No such thing as a free lunch!
