Manitowoc ice machine making thick ice and how to fix it

Customer called stating that their Manitowoc ice machine was making thick ice and sometimes it wasn’t working at all.
Diagnosed the ice machine as having an intermittent issue with the magnetic bin control switch.
Fixed the ice machine by replacing the magnetic bin control switch.

First time that happened to me, I thought it was the ITP and changed it out. It worked after that, but a coworker told me later that it was probably the bin switch, and that we'd probably end up going back. I'm not sure if we ever did or not.
