Here is the Chicken Black Bean Soup recipe:
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic,minced
1 Tbsp. oil
3 cans chicken broth
2 cans black beans, drained
16 oz salsa
2 C. chicken, cooked and cubed
1 C. uncooked long grain rice
1 Tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. cumin
cilantro, optional
Serve with sour cream and corn chips, which I totally forgot.

I was in your state of Kentucky last month..I also visited Ohio and Indiana and I have to say these states are "BEAUTIFUL"..so lush and green and definitely no lack of water in those states...Once thing I noticed is there is no trash, graffiti or homeless.. I'm from Cali and its so dry here and so much trash, graffiti and homeless! YOU ARE BLESSED!! ❤❤❤

I think we're living the same life haha! I have been eyeballing that same 5.5 qt pan at Sam's & I recently got two more of those same sheet pans. I love shopping at Once Upon A Child! Definitely the most sensible way to keep those growing kiddos in clothes.

Love the new pan - it's huge! Great size for family dinners - same size as an average Dutch oven, but I like the shorter sides. And I like that it's heavy. Jealous over here! I don't have a Sam's! But these days I also don't make many things big enough for it, either. Your soup looked delicious and it's fun to watch you make use of all the things we watched you can. I can't imagine how exciting it would be to open food you preserved yourself - bet it never gets old!
Love the Christmas jammies and actually think it's cuter that Westin's is different but still matching! You're right - they will make beautiful pictures! Once Upon a Child has such nice things and you found some really cute ones for Westin. Speaking of clothes, how fun that you and Chloe had on your matching dresses! I like the ruffle detail on the sleeve.
Nice to see all three children and it made washing dishes look like fun with everyone working to dry and put away what you washed. Then a good bike ride and walk as a reward. Perfect!
